I think they should just allow non-sanctioned fights over the BMF belt at any given time, 24/7 - just find a ref and start swinging at the current title holder until someone is finished.

It should be just like WWE's hardcore title was back in the day. Champ must defend the belt any time, any place, against any challenger. If you get challenged in the parking lot? Fight. Challenged on the way to the john? Fight. At the popcorn stand? You know the rules.
