lol It’s tough being white nowadays, with all the racism I have to deal with!
Racism is so oppressive against whites its robbing you guys from your privleage to be racist. Maybe Trump will fix this for you in another 4 years. Because he certainly hasn't in the 4 years he already had....
Its joke people ....but watch the people accusing minorities of being thin skinned get offended by this. Lol

This is fckin laughable

my mixed race cousins have had to deal with implied and direct racism their whole life. It’s very noticeable literally ‘every time’ I am out and about with them. I’ve never suffered prejudice about my skin colour, even though I was born and bought up in Britain’s 2 most diverse cities. It’s easy not to see it when it doesn’t affect you
Are you that ignorant to think that racism doesn’t really exists. Maybe actually ask some black what their experiences are, you might learn something

it’s the funniest thing ever, out of all the negative experiences mixed people or minorities can have, they feel they are in their right to tell us something doesn’t exist. Something we can relatively see everyday.

You don’t have to explain it. It’ll go over their heads Anyways. Just member their names though, these are our “fight buddies” usually present on a big fight night in the rbr threads. And after so much time to think threads like these would uncover some of these guys wouldn’t even F*** with us for real lol.
Yeah i know what you mean 100% . But @PHATV is decent. He does try to look at it from my point of view at times even though we will never agree on it. He does take the time to ask genuine questions and seems like he tries to understand. A lot of the rest though you are right, I'm wasting my time. You are smarter than me.

What a cop out, its 2020 bro.
That's not a cop out u idiot.
That's the truth. What could it even "cop out" too?
93% of white people hang out with white people and might have 1 black friend.
Look it up.
So they dont know shit about shit when it comes to black ppl.

As in giving someone an easy out - keep up. We all have the world at our fingertips, its a choice to remain bogged down in the past.

He'd likely have said similar things to what he said in the 50s and 60s regarding the class structure of the United States and racism (and their close interconnectedness). And then he'd be called a Marxist and a race hustler.
Made me think of The Boondocks episode where MLK woke from a coma 40 years later.

That's all I got for a thread that's this volatile lol

That's not a cop out. Its pointing out that they are dumb and dont know shit.
Peter Neufeld spoke about this on Charlie Rose when regarding police brutality. He spoke how white people seemed to have hard times believing that police brutality occurs because their interactions with police were so far different than the inner cities that they couldnt fathom this actually going on.

I'm saying, if you went back in time and brought MLK into the modern world, he would be horrified by the current state of culture and community among black people. Thats all. His dream has not been realized, his people have been exploited by politicians and charlatans invoking his name.

He would've been more pissed in the 80s and 90s when murder rates for not only Blacks but for the whole of America were extremely worse.
The country and blacks had more teen pregnancies, more drug use, aids epidemic, Crack epidemic, peak murder rates, more rapes, more assaults, more robberies, more everything.
Now, not so much.
It's been getting better every year since 1996.

Again, ignorance.
Its the glacially slow process of blacks being accepted as equal after 400 years of subjugation. To imply its over is dumb.

It was better around the turn of the century and until about 3/4 of the way through Obama's first term. I thought we were in a good place then. Now identity politics and media manipulation has destroyed us. We are in the worst place I've seen in my years on the planet.

MLK's legacy has been whitewashed to hell by moderates and conservatives. He wasn't well-liked at all by White Amerca in his time. For Democrat politicians who pass laws like the Crime Bill and take part in the entire political experiment started by Reagan to claim they are working on the same things as him is simply wrong. Of course, the same goes for people trying to claim that MLK would be horrified by BLM. That's utterly absurd. He was undoubtedly more radical (and far more effective) than the majority of major figures in the movement, let alone the moderate politicians and vultures who try and co-opt it. Basically if people are horrified by BLM, they'd have the exact same attitude towards MLK.

All this outrage because Jones Jr. and Tyson want a meaningless BLM belt for a charity boxing match. Crazy. And people have the nerve to talk about victim culture.

conservative white male is the real snowflake. ironically. Oh, I can’t watch sports they protest. Hollywood needs to stay out of politics. Omg he’s kneeling. This meaningless fight has a meaningless blm belt.

Same people who feel a harmless respectful knee is a terroristic threat and attack on patriotism and that they should be forced to stand....don't want to be told what to do to save lives for their country by wearing a mask as a patriotic duty.
Interesting dynamic...well at least it makes sense to them.

white privilege is real. your assumption that racism against blacks barely exists is proof of that. if you regularly spent any length of time around people of color, you would know racism, at least verbally expressed, is quite common. i'm going to guess you live somewhere overwhelmingly white which props up and further promotes your white privilege.
I didn't say racism barely exists, I said that only a tiny minority of people are racist against black people and it is completely unacceptable in our society for someone to be racist. I definitely think this is true because look at the widespread outrage when a racist act happens. Racists are like :eek::eek::eek:philes to society, almost all of us hate racist people. Personally I'm someone who would stand up if I saw a racist act happening like say someone is being verbally or physically assaulted because of their skin color, I would 100% be the bystander who gets involved. I will never condone racism in my presence because it's something I think is disgusting. We should never judge someone by their skin color because we're all the same underneath. The vast, vast majority of people are like me and would stand up against racism. And I've never benefited in my life from being white. In fact, in some ways I have actually had a lower chance of being selected for a job because of my skin color. I disagree with employment quotas because I think it's racist to use skin color as criteria when choosing someone for a job. I'm on your side, I'm anti-racist. But people are saying that I have a virus in my brain because I was born white, how fucking racist is that?!

I watch sports for entertainment, not to be lectured on equality by some millionaire who's fortune comes from sweat shop labor.
