Leto and Gosling can act their asses off. You guys are just jealous because they're prettier than you.

Leto can kinda somewhat act a bit. He shouldn't have won shit for Dallas Buyers. Just about anyone who can go on the Bale Machinist diet and look good in drag could have won that award. Leto is nothing special.

And yes, he is far prettier than I.

I have no issues with Gosling whatsoever.

but Ford is a legend, Gosling is a very solid actor, Big Dave is the shit, and Vilanueva is one of the strongest up and coming directors out there.

Dude has put in work, too. Prisoners, Sicario, Arrival, and Blade Runner all in a four year span? Not many filmmakers prolific like that.

I know this is 30 years into the future of the original BR, but given the original BR timeline was 2019 and we're well a mere two years from that now...can't say it aged all that well.

This was 1976's vision of the future (filmed only 6 years before blade runner). I think we can all agree blade runner hasn't aged too bad at all.

I'm interested. Gosling seems like he might actually be well casted for this.

I'm probably one of the few who didn't like the original. This looks okay though.

I had to watch the trailer twice to get pumped, but now I'm pumped!

I need to rewatch the first film again soon to prepare.

My only fear is that we're going to end up with something that's all style but little substance--kind of like with Ghost in the Shell--but Villeneuve at the helm gives me a lot of hope.
