Yes, a lot of the projects are using Ethereum, ERC-20 tokens. It sucks because they are unusable right now for small transactions with huge gas fees, all of the ERC-20 including stablecoins. Solutions coming soon depending on projects.

Ethereum 2.0 is coming

Ethereum 2.0 is coming

It seems like that is a bit far out. ? I'm wondering what are the soonest solutions. Celsius Network is saying they will have no-fee swaps in their wallet in March I think. I love Celsius but I have my doubts on the time line. But if anyone can do it, they will. I don't know what they are using. They made Celswap, which I believe is a branded version of Uniswap, which is not solving the fee issue right now.

It's coming soon, they better resolve it because their going to run into issues.

They make announcements that they added to their hedge funds. The more they have the more Crypto customers they will attract. If any of the wallets holding Bitcoin are moved from the exchanges they bought from, you can see them on the blockchain moving.

2 years ago i was shitting on crypto in general. Im a real estate investor, index funder and precious metal holder. Mostly tangible investor. Ive changed my tune on crypto. Im thinking about buying half a bitcoin, 13 shares of ether, 20 shares of litecoin and maybe $1000 on dogecoin. What do you think of my spread? Do you really think it could hit 100k this year? ive also heard 300k. Insane. Do you still think we are in the early phases of crypto? Hopefully with this upward trend my half a bitcoin could be a full bit coin. Also is there any other crypto besides ive mentioned your bullish on?

I'm thinking of putting 1k EUR in each of these and forget about it for a long time: XRP, ADA or XLM.

It is extra money I can afford to lose. What do you think?

I just bought some XRP and XLM. No clue if it will go anywhere but we'll see. It's my first crypto investment.

I had no idea there were so many. I knew about Bitcoin, Euthereum, Litecoin and a couple others. I had no idea there were this many. Clearly most will fail.

Here's an interesting question.

BitCoin used to be under a dollar way back when it was introduced way back in 2008.

Five years ago each DogeCoin was $0.0002, and its value has multiplied 250 times.

So which cryptos is EXTREMELY cheap right now that could be buy tens or thousands of for relatively cheap amount ($1000) that could skyrocket in the same way Bitcoin and DogeCoin has?

Edit - Would like to add, not looking for cheap cryptos that are expected to rise within a few weeks, but the ones that may spike in a few years. Personally, I'm thinking long-term.

The creator of Doge can’t even fathom its worth beyond the meme is the problem. And is on record questioning its utility and clearly isn’t a fan of the community built around it. That and its lack of scarcity has me walking away from it.

That's literally almost like playing a lottery ticket. 99% will be worth zero in a few years.

Maybe ETH I could get a couple of coins, but BTC only a fraction. If the others that are currently under 1$ have the potential to reach even 10$ that would be huge gains. Or is this not likely?
Btc / eth if you want to be safe.
XRP if you want to be risky and go long, big.
XLM for me is like a xrp substitute.
As for ADA, that's quite a safe bet too with going big in the future.. theres a reason ADA is called the ETH killer

Look, Doge n bitcoin have been around for years. And in those same number of years hundreds/thousands of cryptos have entered the space, get some hype, turned zero, and are now obsolete.
It's all based on which crypto the masses go for in the end(doge has basically nothing special going on for it when compared to other coins, just a cute doggo). So be careful and look for utility
