Bitcoin explosion and ALT coins thread

As some of you know, I've been in crypto for a long time. Bitcoin has broken old highs and is almost at 28k.

Institutional money is pouring in from all directions and I believe it's going to continue to rise.

Now I'm at a crossroads to sell some of my crypto because doing so I could pay off my house.. I'm having a hard time selling any of my Bitcoin because all the years I held it.

I tried to tell my family to invest yrs ago but they didn't listen. Now I'm getting calls from everyone I told lol.

It would be cool to have my house paid off though. My house is valued at $340,000

How much would you have to sell? Personally, I'd sell the minimum needed to pay off my house and keep the rest.

I have enough for sure. I just believe that it will eventually hit 300k a coin in the next few yrs .

I'm far from a financial advisor but I think it's far from done going up. Cathie Wood and Chamath think it has a LOT of growth left and that it'll surge over the next few years.

Dunno, gotta figure your priorities there.

Chamath is very intelligent. I think he's right . Once it hits around 30k it's going to drop down and back up. It's going to be a battle between the bulls and bears.

It's hard because all I did was hold it for 6yrs even after it crashed from 19k to 3 k. I held strong.

I just have this feeling that crypto is not sold yet. Isn't it a bit volatile or are we sold on crypto yet?

To me all the cryptos are like the 90's .com bubble. The internet was going to be solid so everyone jumped on and most crashed. Some though: Google for one, survived and took off. The underlying tech is worth it but there are too many cryptos and I see the same thing happening. Most will be worth nothing, but a few will emerge and be solid. The difficult part is figuring out which ones will survive. I'm pretty sure Bitcoin will be one of them though. It has too much inertia at this point.

This man is correct. Only few coins will make it. My main holding are Bitcoin, ethereum, light coin.

My smaller holdings are tron , xrp, and cardano.
