If Minotauro didn't worry about the punches to the back of Mir's head, he'd win. He was stupid for trying to sub Mir. He wanted to prove something more instead of just winning. Brave, but turned out to be stupid.
 
Mir already KO'd Nog, and then beat Nog doing what Nog does best.

I really don't want to see him lose to fuckin Frank Mir a third time.
 
He was destroying mir in 2nd fight. But that was 2011 and he is even slower now. Mir is faster and would destroy him in the stand up

I'm not discounting it, it was amazing. Best comeback win of all time, IMO.

But it was a comeback; Nog was probably about two or three unanswered shots away from a TKO stoppage. He didn't get curb-stomped, yet people are acting like there's no way he could ever be, or ever was, competitive with Mir. :rolleyes:

If Mir beats Arlovski he will be on a 3 fight win streak over Bigfoot, Duffee and Arlovski. He'd be in Title shot territory. Nog is coming off back to back losses. Nog should not get Mir next if Mir wins. That makes no sense.

Rather he has the Cro Cop rematch. No interest in Mir badly hurting him again in his final fight.

If he beats Cro Cop, he goes out in style against one of the old guard. If he loses, Cro Cop finally avenges that loss and wins the fight he's been wanting for over a decade.

Nog is a legend and a warrior. If he wants to get his shit pushed in a third time then good for him. Too bad Mir is way out of his league rankings wise.
