How was the traffic on the way into Sedona?
Traffic leaving Phx is the pits, but once we get off the 17 near Cottonwood (Bubbleboys hood) its smooth sailing. It was hot in Sedona last weekend, so we hit up a tree swing and jumped in the creek... Then sat on the patio for some cold beers and views of red rock. You familiar with the area?

I feel like I've lost 40 lbs on my bench. Not good I need more upper body work. Car pushing was fun. I had some heavy duty straps used for lifting large stainless steel tanks that worked well tied to the car. Sitting in a squat position waiting for my HR to drop dramactically helped my HR recover.. which sucks when you want a longer break : P

I'll be in Tampa and Orlando for the next 8 days. I'll keep up with the burpees, but I doubt I'll be able to get my hands on any iron. I'll try to pickle myself in the ocean.

On the 375 set my ipod wasn't locked. On the first rep the volume cranked to 11. Each subsequent rep a different song blared for a fraction of a second, paused, then skipped to the next track, blared again (shampoo, rinse, repeat)... annoying :(. 405 was okay. They weren't the prettiest reps, but passable. I'm not used to lifting with headphones on and a lot of people around (Globo Gyn), I prefer the solitude of the Hall of Justice... its just 90-100 degrees in there for the next 4 months. Eww.
