I was really sore today, but still had a strong workout. My previous Front Squat 1RM was 275, so hitting 3 wheels for a double was nice. 2nd rep wasn't pretty, I leaned forward a bit, but got it nonetheless. I need to work on sitting back and upright in the hole and grounding thru my heels. Workkng fronts squats has helped, as I was getting tired of back squatting all the time. I think they should help. I weighed in at 268 after kiillng the Indian buffett today. Beefy.
