W00t W00t!!! Thursday morning I start working on contracting dysentery and copious amount of insect bites, not to mention a series of tropical hangovers and sunburns. Yes!!!

There will be pictures. Though I have this unfortunate reflex to a cameras...I always make stupid faces..... I know, I know.. I hate those people too, but it just happens. I want to just stand there, but out comes the camera...bam! I make a Billy Idol face.. crap!

A good change up from OHS. I never found barball lunges comfortable with the bar on my back and you can only do so many Bulgarians split squats. I love overhead lifting, waiter walks, and such, so these are right up my alley. They are physically exhausting and get me sweating. Give'em a try.

A good change up from OHS. I never found barball lunges comfortable with the bar on my back and you can only do so many Bulgarians split squats. I love overhead lifting, waiter walks, and such, so these are right up my alley. They are physically exhausting and get me sweating. Give'em a try.

How much weight can you handle on the OH lunge versus the OH squat?
 
Its not really a 1 RM type movement, but the lunge doesn't feel like it would be very far behind the squat. I could see getting stuck in the hole on the lunge going real heavy and pausing at the floor. That might be hard to dump. I can OHS 205x1, but I haven't gone over 155x5 for lunges. I could probablt manage 185x3, the problem being you've gotta do everything twice for the other leg, so it starts to feel like higher rep work. ie.. schweaty
 
Costa Rica. I'll be drinking cola and beer the entire trip. No Monatzumas Revenge here...Though we are staying in Montezuma one night.. oh no:eek:
