i'll admit....ive never used a band for anything other than shoulder dislocates
 
I like the bands, but I've never used them with any consistency. I like band GMs....maybe a bit too much.

I may have to max on bench soon, but I'm still a nooblet....we'll see.
 
You know how Dan John is always preaching he doesn't squat with less then 10 reps? I never believed him, but I thought I might as well give it a try. Thats a lot of reps...phew.

2) Some guy named Gotti from OT epicly phailed trying to brag about basketball players strength
3) Gotti then claims that Chase's and Enright's lifting videos are fake because they are clearly wearing gear underneath their clothes.
4) Bort got banned for hating Eric Wong
5) Bort got reinstated with dubs after a candlelight protest

Things I learned:
-You don't need underwear in the tropics.
-Wet wipes are your friend.
-THIS may be the best internet site ever.
-I hate Dallas and American Airlines [2 cancelled flights+2 delayed flights+20hrs layover+shitty airport food+4 extra taxi rides = 1.5 late to vacation + $600 = rage]
-Surfer chicks are muy caliente
-I'm going back to Costa Rica next year.
