Hahaha, I was going to start applying to jobs in Phx today. I've hit everything in Seattle, so I just need to look over the few new listings everyday. I had an interview on Monday for a job I was over qualified for ...and didn't get it. Grrrrr.
 
I saw that fat man....bah. i tired 465 yesterday and utterly failed. seeing as im jobless, i may have more time to train?!

my weight has already gone down though. im at 212. its hard eating 6 times a day when you're stuck at home.
 
I've trained like crazy since I was "let go." I have to stop myself from going to the track or gym everyday. Stretching breaks help.

Definitely not losing weight right now. Once I pull 495, I'll go on a strict diet of complexes.















Psssst..... I think I could've lifted 465 yesterday. 455 wasn't smooth as butter, but it came off the floor easy and once its 1/2 up it can be locked-out.:icon_twis

I'll go for it in 3 weeks. My back can't take heavy deads very often. Next week I may see how many times I can pull 405.


Have you ever heard of this radio station KEXP. Its out of Seattle and commercial free, so I stream it much of the day.

Good shit, nothing very heavy though. Sometimes too much hipper-than-shit indie rock. Best station eva. You discover lots of new stuff you've never heard before.
 
I shouldn't have even deadlifted yesterday. i was just kinda moody and wondered if i could use it to my advantage. worked for OHS though.

First off. You need to work on your beard. I grew and nice one last week, but sadly had to shave it for an interview.

Try to minimize expenses, so the old ball and chains have nothing additional to complain about.

Between sessions of sobbing, search the same job boards over and over. Write cover letters and eat.

1st. awww man. i was so stoked to start growing my beard again but i shaved this morning...suck. i hate interviews. why cant they just accept me for me! :D

2nd. Just canceled my internet at home, i'll just go to my parents for now. otherwise.......not much else to cancel or minimize...should save 60bucks a week though from gas.

3rd. im already getting tired of teh job boards. damn temp agencies...im too lazy to eat right now. i hate cooking. I'm tempted to rent a video game...but then i will just be wasting way too much of my time.

Do you think one of you bums could take some time out of your schedule to look at my training log. It isn't a stationary bike workout I promise! In case you say no: I played around with the Dl a bit myself. First time out of the shoot I pulled 355 pretty easy. I broke 405 off the floor ok, but didn't go much higher. I wasted my self on 2x405 attempts so i couldn't lock out 375, but I could do it fresh without a doubt.

The wife wants me to wait for her to hit the gym. I'm dying to get out of the house. I'm just doing complexes today - I was going to try Cosgrove's and maybe some One and 2-armed Db complexes.

I'd rather go alone, most of my workouts run over 1.5hrs. When she's done she wants to go. Luckily were in walking distance, but I don't like to have her walk home alone when its late.

She's doesn't like any advice. So I just write a program and she flies through it. She can out squat dudes at the gym which is awesome-sauce to watch them deflate as a 5'4" girl out lifts them.
 
75 min: yoga, foam roller, pb reverse hypers.

Concentrated on hip and shoulder openers, lots of planks, bridges, handstands. IT band and lower back was sore before I started. Better now.
 
Warmup:
10 min on Stationary bike. My IT band has been sore for 2 days...I wanted to warm it up.
Tri and shoulder stretch w/ towel, cat stretch.
