I'll have a video of 315 up later tonight and the 90% deadlifts for form help. My left hand dipped a little on 315, so I'll redo it next week with a cleaner rep. Just pleased to know I can move 3 plates. I hope my meathead card is in the mail.

Form isn't important for deadlifts. Just pull really hard until the bar stops moving, that is what I do.

First of all I'd like to thank science, because in it...*chokes up*....all things are possible.

If I can squeeze 40lbs out of my DL, I'll be over 1300. That way I won't feel like everyone else in the race to 1500 has lapped me twice.

Sheikowned! I skipped the 2nd set of squats as my right patella hurt when benching. All of my joints were achy/creeky tonight. I took yesterday off as I was feeling flu-like, but fine today.
Not sure if I want to move to #32 go to #37. I'm leaning towards a generic #37 template and sneaking in some substitute exercises [cleans, front squat, push press, oh squat].
 
Do #32! Max out! Then you can move onto something more general. After all these prep cycles you might as well get something out of them.

Crap, I had a feeling you'd say that. 4 more weeks is doable, then I'd like to toss in some changes and run #37 infinately. I could use a few heavy DL sessions.

#32 will let you recover from #30 and #31 and at the end you'll hit some big numbers. I think it would be worth it.
 
The bench is definetely a good lift. Looks like you push it out of the groove half way up but recovered, and the bar never moved down and your pause was perfect. My deadlift form is basically identical to yours.

Yeah, you're right. The only real booger in #32 is the 2nd day max out party. I like the idea shorter workouts. I bumped up my squats a lot this month and its kicking my butt. I'm having a rough go at squatting 355 triples (80%) without teh beltage.
