The thing about GOTG is that its not just a trilogy, and what happens in Infinity War & Endgame have very relevant events, like the green chick dying and replaced with a younger version that hates Quill.

Anyone who watches the 2nd movie, and immediately the 3rd, is very confused.

But imho first GotG > Batman Begins (wich is best of Batman trilogy before Nolan starts self bukkake)

Guardians was a lot more fun. DK series was likely the better movies but I enjoyed watching Gaurdians more . Guardians 2 was pretty meh but the Avengers parts made up for it. 3 was pretty good . 1 was the best.

I'm going to go with the Guardians Series over the The Dark Knight series. While I do think The Dark Knight is the best of all the films if I look at the trilogy as a whole Guardians was better imo. Gear Solid Metal was correct. If you just looked at the third Guardians movie and did not know about the whole Marvel universe you would be lost.

The major flaws I have with The Dark Knight trilogy are the casting they did with Rachel Dawes from 1 to 2 was a disaster. The Two Face character lost a lot of its luster because Heath Ledger played The Joker so well. Dark Knight Rises was just kind of there for me. It was not bad but at least the Guardian Films connected better overall.
