Rockhold out grappled Gator and Weidman in their fight.

Ill have to rewatch but im sure rockholds superior striking was a factor in that

I'm not trying to hijack this thread, but you can't score nate's round 2 pitty pat flurry at the end to be more significant than Mac knocking Nate off his feet twice. Nate's nervous system literally gave out & his legs could not hold him up.

I spent about 3 hours watching round 4 in slow motion & taking notes. Conor not only landed more across the whole round... he also landed 10 more "power shots" than Nate. It's silly to score Nate holding Mac against the fence for 1 minute to be more significant than 10 more power shots. Plus Nate's leg buckled on one of the leg kicks... & he also buckled from the rib kick. Nate never buckled Conor once in that round.

I've watched it several times. Diaz was in control of the rest of the fight starting at the last 2 minutes of round 2.

McGregor is really lucky he didn't get points taken away in several rounds for taking a mid-fight jog.

Certain people just don't have good wrestling talent and no matter how much they train aren't going to be good wrestlers. Rockhold has like a career 4 takedowns, 3 of them against Machida & Weidman which came from a slip and the worst spinning back kick of all time.

His TDD is pretty good though.
