I've noticed this about people who "come into" money one way or another... We have a lot of them in my neighborhood. They get to the point where they can buy a 5000 sq ft house, and have started earning a good deal of money; most of them are absolutely rotten people. It is almost as if they believe that affluent people are supposed to be crass, and ostentatious. They're also the same people who's houses I see owned by the bank in a couple years.

Point is, you can lose it as fast, or faster than you gain it. Especially with that pathetic player, or baller idiot mentality.

She shows she's nothing more than an ignorant, classless, totally unsophisticated ghetto queen living on someone else's ill gotten gains.

All this talk of "go ask him in person then" is a joke dude. You know it. You know who I am, and so does Lloyd. You know who a lot of us are, and we know who you are too. Almost certainly we have seen each other in person and maybe even talked briefly.

Lloyd does not want to talk about this. He just wants it to all go away. In person he just acts like nothing has happened. There's not much else he can do since he already had his guys send messages complaining about me revealing his past and nobody cared then either.

Lloyd has made it clear that he is going to do his thing no matter what. He is not going to change. There is nothing I can do that will make him change. And there is nothing he can do that will make me like him any more based on his behavior. Everyone here knows that.

The only thing left is to make sure others know too so they don't get caught in the same pyramid scheme like everyone else did.

What's also fishy is how he first said he left because Lloyd didn't speak out enough against rape, a crime that his wife is a survivor of, but then hooked up with Tom Callos and now has a mouthload of criticism for the TLI business model.

Im not saying that I agree with Lloyd's business practices because anytime someone says that they can make you money if you give them yours it's a scheme in their favor. What I will say is that Nakapan and Tom Callos appear to be hatching a scheme of their own.

I agree. For all we know, Nak could be as big of a (if not more) of a douche than Lloyd Irvin.

Nak is for sure no saint. The way he goes about outing Lloyd is in bad taste. This dude has hidden agenda written all over this.

It's Ryan Hall and Callos crew trying to discredit for their own personal gain is my opinion. Callos especially is a direct competitor for business against Lloyd and has lost many clients to him because his methods are dated and not current allegedly. I knew this from the beginning especially after Ryan got involved with calling Keenans mother and family to try and act like Keenan was in danger or a crisis situation, whatever...

I think Ryan is an upstanding guy. There's no evidence he took part of the TLI scam so stop trying to involve him in your master's bullshit.

That may or may not be true, but it doesn't change the fact that Lloyd is a scumbag. Would only prove that Lloyd isn't the only scumbag around.

I totally agree. Lloyd is a scumbag.

I just don't agree with everyone putting Nak on a pedestal on his outing of Lloyd. The timing, his tone, his past involvment, how he ran his business on TLI model, etc. All sounds too suspecious.

I think he is sincere. I have interacted with him briefly at tournaments, and I got a good vibe. Just one of those things. I could be wrong. I don't know him well.

But like I said, his actions going forward will prove it one way or the other. After all of this, people will be watching I am sure.

Why do people immediately fall to the race card? That was not racism. I did not state that one race is better than another race. The incorrect assumption seemed to be that the only implication was "black ghetto". And even if I did that, I do not think it matters.

What my statement was, was a generalization based upon a cliche. And many, if not most cliche's, are based on reality. That said, I stand by the statement.

Go into the ghetto anywhere, black, white, brown... and you see people who act with the "playa", "balla", "thug" persona. It is irrational to call a statement, based upon behavioral characteristics of these "players", racist.

I live in an Atlanta suburb called Sandy Springs. It is a pretty affluent place to live. And people who have the financial wealth to call themselves "players", "ballers", etc; do not act in such pathetic, unsophisticated, "ghetto" ways.

There wasn't a thing that I said that was racist.
However, there is something to consider. IF a person see's racism where there is none, then perhaps the person with that view, has the racist tendencies. Not saying you are, just providing a perception.

I live in Kennesaw, and yes, the term "ghetto" is certainly a racially loaded term. When people in the suburbs use terms like "ghetto" and "thug," that almost certainly refers to black, inner city people. I'm not accusing you of being racist, nor do I think the other poster was, but you should probably be more considerate of the language you use. If she were a white woman, I doubt "ghetto queen" would have been mentioned. And, for the record, "race card" is also a very loaded term that implies that racism doesn't exist and is used merely as an excuse. Do some people make erroneous claims of racism to justify their own behavior? Sure, but there is plenty of evidence available to suggest that we are a very racially unequal society and such claims should never be immediately dismissed by saying something stupid like "race card," as if being a member of a historically oppressed group is an ace up the sleeve or a get out of jail free card. Again, I'm not accusing you of anything, just challenging you to think a bit more carefully about the language you use.

But yeah, I think we can all agree that she doesn't appear to be a very good person.

Prior to last year Tom Callos' only claim to martial arts fame was the fact that he introduced BJ Penn to Ralph Gracie and The Prodigy was born. Keenan was a purple belt under BJ Penn two years ago and his father didn't seem to have a problem with him moving six timezones away to join the medal chasers. For all of 2011 Keenan didnt win an IBJJF medal but he had a historic year in 2012. Now Tom Callos wants his son back while he maligns the man that took him from decent grappler to a future BJJ legend.

Bruce Lee was able to market his philosophy because he, himself, could demonstrate its effectiveness. Tom couldn't sell his martial arts philosophy schtick because he wasn't a champion nor could he train someone to become one. Now that his stepson has the BJJ world's attention he wants to turn the spotlight onto himself. He has a martial arts gym consulting business but never had a gym of his own. Really?

I understand that as a parent he was concerned when the incident happened and everyone in the house was held at gunpoint while the cops pulled out the two suspects but that was an isolated incident. His whole diatribe about how the medal chasers should be disbanded is so that he can ride his son's coattails and take credit for everything that Lloyd's system did for Keenan while adding his own philosophy to it.

I may not be in agreeance with Lloyd's business tactics but only a fool would deny the legitmacy of his technical training ability. Maybe Tom Callos can convince a bunch of fools that he knows how to make a champion but anyone with two eyes and common sense will know better.
