Not a thing said in regards to his case is/was speculation. The legal ruling is a legal ruling; and the grounds on which they were based, and on which he was able to leave on a technicality, are not speculation.

Let me get this straight:

• The multiple reports on the trial are biased against LI
• Even if they weren't biased, the convictions stemming from the case that was the subject of those reports don't mean anything, because juries sometimes make mistakes. Even multiple juries.

Well then, no one really needs to listen to anything else you say now. Its pretty clear how brainwashed you are.

Movies are made about false convictions because they are the exception, and not the rule. The legal system is far from perfect. But let's say there is a very high chance of false conviction.

Over multiple trials and multiple juries on the same facts, the chances that all of them got it wrong gets progressively smaller. So when multiple juries convict multiple offenders out of the same set of facts, EVEN IF THERE ARE A TON OF FALSE CONVICTIONS, the chances that there is a false conviction becomes infinitesimally smaller.

For you to believe that no rape happened that night takes not only huge leaps of logic, but severe, alarming cognitive dissonance.

No, I'm pretty sure they exist. It's just not in the computer system anymore. Usually stuff after 10 years is no longer in the computer system. You would have to go look for the paper records in the archives I believe.

Cases like this are most likely going to be locked from the view of your average civilian to protect the plaintiff's identity. It would take a legal big-wig like a prosecutor or DA to get their hands on them.
