BETA Academy owner explains ending relationship with Lloyd Irvin

The whole LI seminar structure seems like the Rich Dad Poor Dad seminar scheme.

Also, why would Nak pay back money to people who attended a seminar put on by Irvin? He spoke at the seminars. Maybe Lloyd paid him, but I'm sure most of the seminar profit would have gone to Lloyd.

Whatever Irvin paid Nakapan, he should pay it back. Then all those he swindled at his Beta school, using Irvin's tactics and mentoring, he should pay those people back. He's a CPA so should be more than adequate to self audit his accounts. Talk is cheap. Saying I'm sorry but keeping the money?

So if Nak pays people back, should Lloyd pay back all the money he made swindling people?

Then I wish Irvin good luck on his business because if it was as nice and innocent as you explained, he would have no probem at all.

Stop making up lies. I didn't say any of this. Man, you're a liar.

Until you realised that he does not have any friends or any students, for him anyone is potential to increase his income.

Now you're just making up blanket statements. There are plenty that are loyal to him. He obviously is a CAPITALIST. What are you, a Communist?

People dont buy the privilege to being able to attach their name to his, they believe that he can make them millionaires!

So basically, you are dumb enough to believe Nakapan's story, that he fell for Irvin's alleged scam for 5 years straight or so? That's pretty funny that you think Nakapan, who's a CPA and has an MBA, was dumb enough to pay Irving $5-7k a year for some MLM membership teaching basic Sales & Marketing tactics that any Telemarketer w/o a high school diploma is taught.

The high pressure does not stop on the customers but also on the gym owner to participate in his millionaire mma gyms.

Everybody who wants affiliation, always pays a fee. You think being a Gracie affiliate is free? Irvin takes it a step further. Any one of them could have just said NO. I find it hard to believe that a CPA with an MBA and an accomplished local fighter, is scared to say NO.

How many millionaire gyms has he made again?

Welcome to the real world.

It is the fault of the consumers and of the idiots that thought to attach themselves to Irvin name.

LOL

Crying is not really an argument.

But since reading JORDON SCHULTZ's post 15 minutes ago on 3-01, I am retracting my notions of giving Irvin the benefit of the doubt. That post is pretty damning to Irvin, accusing him of molesting and coercing female students for sex (as young as 14). But it was from Schultz's post alone that changed my mind and not blanket statements nor weakass accusations from internet soap opera numbnuts that just loves drama.

Well does Irvin thinks that he did anything wrong by running his business like a Bally's Fitness boiler room or his Millionaire Whatever crap?

Who's having the epiphany here, Irvin or Nakapan?

I have what's called, common sense. I don't even know Irvin. Never even met him, let alone trained with him. Yet dumbasses who can't make valid arguments would automatically accuse me of being in his camp b/c they're too stupid use common sense. I don't even know Nakapan that well neither. I like the guy though. Notice how I never needed to resort to accusing those who disagrees with me as being someone with close ties to Nakapan. Just use some common sense. Irvin running his shop like some big box gyms, with high pressure sales & quotas, etc. and then creating some half-ass MLM Millionaire Club is not illegal nor "amoral". The software that Nakapan is trying to develop is PROBABLY, the same thing that Irvin implemented in his gyms but now put into an APP.... email bombing, telemarketing scripts, harvesting leads/emails, etc. Go look at any LA Fitness, LA Boxing, Gold's Gym, whatever...they used ClubReady, etc. This is nothing new. Just STANDARD gym business practice. But I guess for people who works at Home Depot and shit, it would be hard to figure this out.

Have to say I kind of agree with SanShou. Nak is no dummy, he knew what he was doing and getting out of the situation. No-one with an MBA should be falling for these crummy MLM schemes, and if he truly did I'd take the MBA, tear it up and throw it in the bin, because he obviously didn't learn dick all.

hey sanshou does your master knows that you turned your back on him... can you please explain in what light, after finding out about further dirt on Lloyd Irvin... for which Im sure even more will follow..... throwing more dirt on Nakapan is relevant? You registered for the sole purpose to even out moral lows of Lloyd and his critics... os your RL name Brad? I have a message from other poster who you are but if thats true thats just dumb from your side.

Yea I know, you haven't the intelligence to make any valid arguments, which is why your only recourse is to accuse me of being someone close to Irvin.

And other posters PM'ing you about me, must automatically make it true? haha. But hey, if this is all that your High School diploma thought process can afford you, so be it. "Welcome to Walmart".

Sanshou. I described Irvin scam the way I see it. I am sure I am not the only one that sees that way.

What I don't understand is your change of stance after some reading some Facebook post. It is strange after reading posts after posts you defending Lloyd Irvin.

Wait! What? Are you still in a LI cult or you also left? Its a simple question hahaha?

Sanshou. I described Irvin scam the way I see it. I am sure I am not the only one that sees that way.

This just means that there are plenty of ignorant people on here just like yourself since I've been specifically refuting what I've read from you and others about such alleged Irvin scams. Do you even know what the definition of a scam is? Cheesy websites, mass email bombings, high pressure sales tactics, asking for referrals and shit, are not scams. Every damn corporate gyms in America does this.

Because I'm not a stupid Walmart Greeter and shit. I went to college. I use common sense and logic. I don't jump on bandwagons like stupid sheeps.

And this wasn't some Facebook post. This guy, Jordon Schultz, attached his real name and real job duties. Although he still looked away when he admitted to seeing Irvin sleeping in the same hotel bed of female fighters when they traveled to tournaments....beckoning them in to his room to give him personal massages and shit. If he's lying, Irvin will sue his ass big-time for libel.

Nakapan's letter was mostly bullshit and crying about how Irvin screwed him, a CPA & MBA, out of some dumb club membership that I'm supposed to believe that he fell for and kept paying 5+ years straight. Then his gym management software venture with Irvin that he was supposedly screwed out of (Sidekick w/e)...which I bet is merely a knockoff of other gym membership software designed to email bomb the shit out of prospects, harvests emails, etc. Basically what Irvin has been doing all of these years that's supposedly "amoral" to Nakapan, yet he wants to turn it into an APP and make money from.

you must have reading difficulties. the scam was the seminar as it was just a platform to sell something else.

yeah, rewarding client and drilling them for more potential is as douchebag as it comes. the fact that other business does it means shit.

Look it sounds to me that you bought in the LI bs and wasted your money on him.

I am surprised you have not trying to tame down the jordon facebook info.

Is it something about it that we dont know and that you know?

I though you would come up and says stuff like you getting gossip about LI just with one facebook info from Jordon.

Actually no one cares about Nak and the mkt bs from LI anyone because there is something way bigger that came up.

we kept saying that something was wrong, the bs way he run his business was just the tip of the iceberg. you kept denying etc..

uh guys sanshou went to college hahaha... what a idiot

I dont live in the US. I went to college. what does that mean?

he claimed that he went to study after high school.

does he mean he only went to college but did not graduated?

what does it mean?

I have a BA double degrees one of them is management studies. I graduated from an University.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. I think LI and his millionaire affiliates is a scam. None of them are millionaires.

Hey, just because someone went to college, does not mean they are smart, as you just proved by writing "sheeps" instead of "sheep", you fool!

I'm in law school. I must be omniscient.

I passed the bar. I see your omniscience and raise you clairvoyance.

Seriously, pointing out that you went to college as if it makes your reasoning more sound is not only arrogant and elitist, but laughable, considering that most high school graduates pursue some kind of college education these days.
