Whatever Irvin paid Nakapan, he should pay it back. Then all those he swindled at his Beta school, using Irvin's tactics and mentoring, he should pay those people back. He's a CPA so should be more than adequate to self audit his accounts. Talk is cheap. Saying I'm sorry but keeping the money?

So basically, you are dumb enough to believe Nakapan's story, that he fell for Irvin's alleged scam for 5 years straight or so? That's pretty funny that you think Nakapan, who's a CPA and has an MBA, was dumb enough to pay Irving $5-7k a year for some MLM membership teaching basic Sales & Marketing tactics that any Telemarketer w/o a high school diploma is taught.
Everybody who wants affiliation, always pays a fee. You think being a Gracie affiliate is free? Irvin takes it a step further. Any one of them could have just said NO. I find it hard to believe that a CPA with an MBA and an accomplished local fighter, is scared to say NO.

But since reading JORDON SCHULTZ's post 15 minutes ago on 3-01, I am retracting my notions of giving Irvin the benefit of the doubt. That post is pretty damning to Irvin, accusing him of molesting and coercing female students for sex (as young as 14). But it was from Schultz's post alone that changed my mind and not blanket statements nor weakass accusations from internet soap opera numbnuts that just loves drama.
Well does Irvin thinks that he did anything wrong by running his business like a Bally's Fitness boiler room or his Millionaire Whatever crap?

Yet dumbasses who can't make valid arguments would automatically accuse me of being in his camp b/c they're too stupid use common sense. I don't even know Nakapan that well neither. I like the guy though. Notice how I never needed to resort to accusing those who disagrees with me as being someone with close ties to Nakapan. Just use some common sense. Irvin running his shop like some big box gyms, with high pressure sales & quotas, etc. and then creating some half-ass MLM Millionaire Club is not illegal nor "amoral". The software that Nakapan is trying to develop is PROBABLY, the same thing that Irvin implemented in his gyms but now put into an APP.... email bombing, telemarketing scripts, harvesting leads/emails, etc. Go look at any LA Fitness, LA Boxing, Gold's Gym, whatever...they used ClubReady, etc. This is nothing new. Just STANDARD gym business practice. But I guess for people who works at Home Depot and shit, it would be hard to figure this out.

Have to say I kind of agree with SanShou. Nak is no dummy, he knew what he was doing and getting out of the situation. No-one with an MBA should be falling for these crummy MLM schemes, and if he truly did I'd take the MBA, tear it up and throw it in the bin, because he obviously didn't learn dick all.

This just means that there are plenty of ignorant people on here just like yourself since I've been specifically refuting what I've read from you and others about such alleged Irvin scams. Do you even know what the definition of a scam is? Cheesy websites, mass email bombings, high pressure sales tactics, asking for referrals and shit, are not scams. Every damn corporate gyms in America does this.
Because I'm not a stupid Walmart Greeter and shit. I went to college. I use common sense and logic. I don't jump on bandwagons like stupid sheeps.
And this wasn't some Facebook post. This guy, Jordon Schultz, attached his real name and real job duties. Although he still looked away when he admitted to seeing Irvin sleeping in the same hotel bed of female fighters when they traveled to tournaments....beckoning them in to his room to give him personal massages and shit. If he's lying, Irvin will sue his ass big-time for libel.
Nakapan's letter was mostly bullshit and crying about how Irvin screwed him, a CPA & MBA, out of some dumb club membership that I'm supposed to believe that he fell for and kept paying 5+ years straight. Then his gym management software venture with Irvin that he was supposedly screwed out of (Sidekick w/e)...which I bet is merely a knockoff of other gym membership software designed to email bomb the shit out of prospects, harvests emails, etc. Basically what Irvin has been doing all of these years that's supposedly "amoral" to Nakapan, yet he wants to turn it into an APP and make money from.
