If he's waving guns and stuff and threatening people he should probably go to jail. Of course this is assuming that this is all true. At this point he is allegedly waving guns around and threatening families.
 
Well this goes against what was said in another thread, that his affiliates don't give any money directly to LI. So the defections are prolly hurting him in some way financially.

I'm not sure he was waving it around. He might have just been packing openly to send a message.

If Lloyd was waving a gun around at anyone I train with, there's a good chance he would be dead right there. I'm not joking. Like half my team is CCW -- me included.

He threatened his wife too? What a piece of shit. I hope that was reported to the police, "veiled" or not.

As far as end game, I see Lloyd going bankrupt within five years, if not ending up in jail outright. His scams have been revealed, and he already has the Feds on his ass for cheating his taxes. Considering that now he's threatening family members of business associates and intimidating with guns, he might end up in jail before he goes bankrupt.
 
Waiting for devnull to come into this thread and say that since Lloyd isn't in jail for this incident, he didn't do anything wrong.

It sounded to me like Beta was paying for "business consulting" or whatever not for affiliation. I know this is kind of splitting hairs, but at this point LI has done enough awful shit that we don't need to accuse him of stuff he hasn't done(especially since anything not "technically" true will be used by his supporters to justify defending him).

But you're right these defections HAVE to be hurting Lloyd, Nakapan said he payed upwards of 35k a year for "business consulting" and if the other guys who have quit(Wil Horneff, Justin Garcia maybe others) were paying him around the same amount that's easily 100k a year.

You're right. I was being lazy. His affiliates were paying in ways besides franchise fees. And from what Nak said, more than normal fees.

Did you bother to read the letter? Because Nakapam explained why he didn't speak out sooner AND he lays most of the blame for not speaking out sooner on himself.

I do wish he had talked about Lloyd's handling of the rape case though, since from what I remember that was what he originally sighted as his reason for leaving.

This guy was the person that did the home invasion at my house, he already got sentenced to over 100 years in prison last year and is now back up for murder charges and more, and he is the sole reason that I carry a gun every single day now. His new trial just started today but he will never get out of prison ever!
