I want to start taking a better joint supplement.

I already take glutamine peptides but there is other stuff out there.

Matt Hughes takes Joint Renew, anybody else have any suggestions?

Super Cissus RX by USPlabs......comebine that also with biotest flameout thats my combo. joints feel better than eva!!

Like someone else on this forum has said:

- Somewhere MikeMartial is crying.

Super Cissus RX is pretty expensive... any more affordable stuff for the struggling college student?

Sam's club's Glucosamine/chondroiton/MSM pills?

And of course, fish oil

I folded like a house of cards... my Super Cissus RX is in the mail today.

The reviews on the stuff were pretty awesome.

glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM have worked well for me.

This is the basis for most joint complexes. Cissus is really the only other thing I've heard any benefits from but I have no personal experience with it since Gluecosamine, Chondroitin and MSM do the trick for me.

glutamine is the wrong stuff for joints anyway

Glad to hear you took some advice on the cissus. I use cissus powder from BN and it seems to work for me (when i use it), plus from BN the price isn't that bad

A lot of people that experience this issue discover that they were taking sub-optimal dosage. Many companies sell them in 500mg tabs and you'd need to take 4 to get the benefits.

For instance: http://www.healthsuperstore.com/p-natrol-glucosamine-chondroitin--msm-90-tabs.htm

Their recommended dose is 1 tab but that won't really help any one.

that wasnt the problem. i was taking some stuff that was like 1500mg, 1200mg and 500mg of glucosamine, chondrotin, and msm a serving. stuff doesnt work for everyone.

That's good to know. I've been taking 2/day and it's helping, but not like I'd hoped. So the effective dosage is 2000mg total, or 2000mg each?

Triflex sport from GNC- It is a higher potency of GLucosimine and chondrotin with MSM and white willow bark and boswellia for anti imflamation and pain relief!

I'm trying GLC 2000. No complaints thus far, but will be comparing price when I finish this bottle. But then again, I can use my parents' senior citizen discount, lol.

You should be looking for about 2g of Glucosamine. When I used Natrol I took 2 tabs twice a day.
