Best henchman in cinema history?

I agree with Maul. But a nice second choice would be....

The look in Ringo's eyes when he's quoting Revelations...:eek:

Two Ton Tony Galento from "On the Waterfront"

This pic isn't even from the movie. This is just a pic of the real man.

He managed to put the great Joe Louis on his ass. Of course, Louis besmirched Tony as soon as he got back up, but it's still an achievement.:)

Agree on brasi from the godfather being one sick fuck in the book

Wait? Who does Biff report to? Is the villain their alternate selves?? Is it Eric Stoltz?

And just for the sake of argument, does "henchman" also include the white collar Corporate Lackey From Hell/Super IRS Agent archetype like ol Smith here? I mean, not having to wear a tie is like eighty percent why you become a henchman in the first place.
Agent Smith is perfect. Perrrrrrfect.

{<tongue}

all them roided out huge guys (Nathan jones and random jobber A and B) that Tony Jaa diced up their ligaments w/ an elephant tusk at the end of the Protector

furthermore, the preceding long take as he ascends the building might be the greatest thing I've ever seen on film
