JFC, Johnny Ringo is no damn henchman in Tombstone. He's the villain.

Since we're mentioning TV, I'd go with Mike from Breaking Bad. A true badass and a true henchman (first Gus, then Walt).

Plus flying monkeys are just so cool. Oh & they can really carry a tune....
