Best henchman in cinema history?

Two Ton Tony Galento from "On the Waterfront"

This pic isn't even from the movie. This is just a pic of the real man.

My favorite henchman vs. henchman fight.
It was much more exciting when I was a kid.

Always wanted him to have more screentime. He's the archetype of a mafia henchman.

The guy who played him, Lenny Montana, was a mafia henchman for the Colombo family. The mob was not too happy with the initial concept of the movie and they had to strike a deal with the producers / Coppola not to use the word "mafia" -- and some families sent enforcers to the set to make sure things went according to their deal.

Brasi fumbling his "well wishes" to the Don in the movie is actually Montana being super fucking nervous filming with Brando -- they just left it that way because it seemed authentic. The scene of him rehearsing what he was going to say to Don Corleone was inspired by Montana actually pacing, rehearsing his lines before the shot -- Francis added it to the scene.

The book version of Brasi was incredibly violent, disturbed and menacing
