Memento and Insomnia were good, and I liked Following and The Prestige. Wasn't keen on his Batman films and stopped caring after Inception

Momento

Inception was wasted potential

Don't like the batman films either

TDK and The Prestige are my top 2.

Tough call; Memento, Batman Begins, TDK, and Inception are all great.

I can’t figure out why people like Dunkirk. Absolutely terrible, pathetically boring, disjointed waste of time.

I voted the dark knight.

Probably Memento or The Dark Night, besides those two I tend to think he makes good cinema that doesn't quite push over into exceptional cinema, perhaps because its aiming for such a broad audience and we get rather overdone exposition and a lack of subtly at times?

Interstellar had some of his best moments but again I felt was rather over plotted and over explained at points.

Inception is the best.

Batman Begins & The Dark Knight are great.

The rest range from Pretty Good to Dogshit. (I haven't seen Dunkirk yet)

Arguably the greatest director ever, just look at that line up and his films have the highest rated average of any director ever on public ratings.

I went with TDK but honestly the guy doesn't know how to make a bad film.

And I am yet to read one intelligent, thought out post on why he isn't great or why a certain film sucks, simply writing, plot points, story telling, action scenes, too dark etc. isn't enough.

Don't @ me either, I don't wanna hear your shit.

I would say again exactly because he directs for a broad appeal, he makes intelligent films but not films that would fly over the head of many viewers and potentially get a bad rating.

That's the thing his films are very thought provoking and intelligent, for the mind of the basic simpleton it just goes over their heads and they can't handle it.

Anyone who says they like a film to answer everything and leave nothing to the imagination is what you call a punter and just there to boost sales, their opinions are as useful as an ants in story telling.

My favorite thing about Nolan is his insistence on using film instead of digital, and keeping CGI to a bare minimum. It's so refreshing.

Probably The Prestige or Momento. TDK was good for a super hero flick, but didn't hold my interest like the former ones.
