Benson, thanks for inventing calf kicks! <Lmaoo>
Hopefully he's been smart with his money. A guy that gave so much to this sport at his level shouldn't have to do that garbage.BKFC time, baby!
Not gonna lie …..beautiful choke ……I recall the Guida fight being entertaining…..But was a point fighter for the majority…..great heart and conditioning
I think watching him treat Nate like a child in there is educational as well. He was great and ahead of his time with some of his techniques. His fights with Frankie are all.the evidence necessary for a person with a functioning brain to acknowledge him as an all time great.
I was puzzled as well lolRegarding Will Brooks why wouldn’t you count that win? Do you also not count Clay Guida’s win over Anthony Pettis because it happened at a TUF Finale?
Nope Benson ….the one the thread is about……Frankie has had several great fights Tyson Griffin , Maynard etcYou are talking about Frankie Edgar?
His fights with chito cory ortega and gutierrez were fun
Hope you feel better now that you got that off your chest sister.Genuinely nice people who never get into any trouble rub you the wrong way? I bet you run with a real motley crew.
He was definitely great. His fights with Frankie are all.the evidence necessary for a person with a functioning brain to acknowledge him as an all time great.
Hope you feel better now that you got that off your chest sister.
Fine, he's 1-3 in the UFC and 9-1 in Bellator. That's still extremely skewed.Regarding Will Brooks why wouldn’t you count that win? Do you also not count Clay Guida’s win over Anthony Pettis because it happened at a TUF Finale?
I meant to say that I consider him an all time great within the weight class, and I'm a tremendous fan of Frankie Edgar. Two phenomenal competitors, right there. He was definitely great.
Not sure about all-time great. I guess he is but certainly behind Frankie, who despite being legit two weightclasses smalller gave him all he could handle and arguably won the 2nd time
