News Bellator sale talks heating up

Wonder how many fights a lot of the Bellator “stars” have left on their deal. And if the ufc would competitively chase them or if they’re content with 10/10 DWCS guys.
Seems a bad time for a new company like TKO Group Holding with all their cuts to bring in expensive new fighters.

I really hopes this works out decently for both orgs. I know folks love to hate and piss on PFL and Bellator but for me losing 2 tier orgs would be a bummer. Can only imagine how many fighters are going to get lost in just the sale shuffle. If there is a bigger fallout over time....ugh....

Ariel always waffles but based on how he said it , it sounds like they’re in talks but perhaps there was a snag or something they need to still work through.

Crazy Coker will dig into his prowrestling love and have PFL invade Bellator 300 event. Maybe they can put Kayla in rafters overlooking it all.

Big brain copium time, what if the reason the UFC has been so ass at signing big free agents over the last year is because they knew Bellator was for sale and they’re going to open up the war chest and poach their best fighters when the deal goes through? Lmao

That wouldn't make sense because Bellator overpays to lure fighters over. They would get all these fighters on far more expensive contracts then if they just originally signed them in first place

that would be a PFL problem if they're buying them and assuming the contracts. Their current contracts would be void and there wouldn't be a bellator to drive up the price

Let's be real now, how many of these Bellator fighters would improve the UFC and are worth spending extra money on? There's probably only a few and the likes of Usman and Nemkov would probably never join the UFC no matter how much money was offered. If I am Dana I would be excited to sign Amosov and Eblen, that's about it.

Why wouldn't Usman join the UFC?

The time for Usman to get a few wins and Islam would move up to welterweight.

It worked fine with Islam and Khabib, I don't think it would be an issue really. Maybe if Amru joins too.

He already has Mamedov from that gym in his weight class in Bellator though
Talking about Amru. Im so impressed by that guy I think he will be a future star tbh. I saw his last fight at UAE warriors he has all the qualities of a top top talent. Still can remember the sound of his ferocious GNP.

Is he on your Hype train list?

Yeah I think he's number two at lightweight without checking.
