Batman vs. Daredevil - Who wins?

Batman is overpowered in lot of scenarios because he's off panel with prep time. So when he finally goes in he already has the upper hand.

If DD and Bats just bumped into each other without knowing anything, well it definitely would be a close fight. I think Bruce edges him out.

Hell, Bats held his own when he found himself in impromptu meeting with an Amazo.

But it is the worst type of PIS most of the time.

For instance when Batman fights Superman it often requires Superman to follow one singular attack plan like an idiot in which case Batman has his traps set. But if instead Superman fought Batman like he does Lex and simply attacked Batman in another way (instead of flying right in to punch used distance fighting) Batman would have no chance. But because of the worst kind of PIS every Bat opponent will always be 100% predictable allowing Bats to trap them.

What a silly argument. Batman has the ability to take out any member of the Justice League. He can kill Superman if necessary. He's going to wreck that "blind" man like he's beating on a real handicap. It wouldn't even be a challenge. He would set off some device that overloads Daredevil's senses and capture him. Then he wins.

You're literally talking about one instance, not every time, and Batman always win's by intelligence. That's his whole shtick. Besides that, my point still stands that Batman is taking on god-level opponents in the Justice League and Daredevil is barely beating up normal people.

While Daredevil has some relatively good stealth skills, he is still ultimately a scrapper. Its his tendency from what I know of the character, to head into a fight, and pummel everyone into submission. Batman's style is different. His objective is to avoid detection and to intimidate, confronting enemies only when he feels that is the best way to defeat them.

Bats has another advantage here as well. He tends to take more time to study his enemies. In other words, even though he theoretically has little time to do so, Batman will have an edge in that he will likely realize that Daredevil is blind, and may be able to deduce a method of attack that, combined with his incredible ability to move undetected, means he MAY be able to reduce or even eliminate Daredevil's Sonar detection (assuming there's no rain!).

So with all this battle field intel, combined with his superior physique, and likely his better overall medical condition going in, I think any slight edge DD has over him with regards to agility and enhanced senses, wouldn't hold up to Batman's genius strategic mind and incredible stealth ability.

Batman has better athletic feats and is the better martial artist. Daredevil has had trouble with the likes of the Punisher. (Batman easily handled the Punisher twice in a crossover if that counts)

In the comics everyone has wins and losses over everybody. Most times they meet Daredevil beats the crap out of him, as he should having superhuman reflexes and being fast enough to dodge and even deflect gunfire.


People point out batman maybe having slightly superior strength, but continually dismiss DD having much greater speed.


Speed is an important factor in a fight. Also not sure what you mean by batman coming in to the fight in better medical condition.


Also batman isn't using stealth against him. He's tracked a guy across a busy city by the sound of his cough. His hearing is absurd.
