The movie was great and was well worth the ticket price...i dont know what people expected from a movie with heroes who wear capes and fight monsters. I heard about the bad reviews and that negativity automatically makes people more prone to dislike the movie. I actually enjoyed the whole movie and found it to be better than the last batman plus superman movies that have come out.

Cool Behind-the-Scenes Image from BATMAN V SUPERMAN

I read an interview with Batfleck where he mentioned that his power armor was CGI, and he had to where those ping pong ball pajamas for motion capture. Perhaps it was for certain scenes or something.

That's pretty cool, though.

You need to convince your friends and loved ones to go see it then, and toss in a few extra viewings yourself. The studio needs to make back the boat load of cash they blew on this.

I honestly think some of u guys give Marvel too much credit.

The only good Marvel films were

Iron Man
Winter Soldier
Guardians of the Galaxy
Avengers

Marvel has been at it since 2008, so that's 1 good movie every 2 years, hardly stellar.

What's even more unfortunate is that Marvel seems to follow a formula. Action scene (with witty one liners) - exposition mixed with some comedy - action scene- some more exposition - finale fight sequence.

Not saying Marvel does a bad job, their movies can be very entertaining, but they lack an edge, they are predictable as a child's bed time story.

You can't say the same for BvS and Man of Steel, which is why I can appreciate it much more, despite their flaws.

I can't disagree. As they advance and management takes more of an interfering hand, my interest is diminishing.

This may not even be Affleck in the suit. Depending on the shot, that might not be Cavill either.

Lots of people are saying Batman came off as a whiny bitch or in the wrong. I didn't get that at all. I thought they did a good job of establishing why Superman had to be shut down.

How did Luthor find out Superman's secret identity and kidnap Martha?

Batman brands those who talk. And kills those who don't. The ones who are branded, snitched. And snitches get stiches!

Na'mean?

Supes was directly responsible for Jack's death and countless thousands of others during the battle of Metropolis with Zod. Along with this, Batman had a fear that an all powerful, god-like creature could easily enslave all of mankind.

*The Knightmare and Flashpoint Paradox Easter Egg point to this*

Superman: Save my mom!

Batman: Ok.

Superman: K. Bye!

This should be where the internal and external conflict emanates from between Batman and Superman. Two men who view themselves as morale and just, and yet, they find fault in the other.

Originally, she threw it away to protect Superman, as it was the only thing that could kill him. Poor writing results in her going back for it. I don't think the movie directly shows that Lois understands the spear can in fact harm/kill Doomsday.

The meta_human directory simply shows that Luthor knew there were others and had proof of their existence.

So fucking bummed they didn't elaborate on this part.

SPECULATION:

Basically, Flash goes back in time to warn Batman that he was always right about Superman. To "fear him!" That eventually, a series of events leads to the death of Lois Lane. And that because of her death, Superman takes over the world. It's why Flash exclaims that Lois Lane is the key, and to "find them!" Only the Justice League would be able to defeat Superman and/or possibly Darkseid.

Not enough for my taste. They should have added more to create Batman's sense of dread and paranoia over Superman, and his own mental instability.

Do you even David Goyer bro?

It's how all friendships start my friend.

Not sure. Maybe after he blew the Senator to Kingdom Come, no one knew about they Kryptonian ship and or cared to ask who was in charge of the whole affair?

GOYYYYYEEERRR!

I always thought that activating the ship by the Kryptonian "key" gave access to anyone who was there. Could be wrong. I hate David Goyer and didn't like Man of Steel.

While in the Batwing, Batman tells Alfred about the Kryptonian Spear. It's why he goes back to the city. He believes Superman is dead, and its up to him to kill Doomsday with the spear. He mentions to Wonder Woman that the port is abandoned as well.

Superman took her to Space Mountain? WOOOOO?

Do you even sequel bro?

Zack-Snyder1-660x400.jpg

That was awesome

well he did take over the alien ship that let a bunch of kryptonian information out.

Maybe.

Well I just looked and the party scene is before the scene where he talks to the ship

and during the party scene he implies he already knows who both batman and superman are

The film alludes that Luthor know who Clark Kent is at the Benefit/Gala.

"That is a good grip! You should not pick a fight with this person!"

Also, Clark Kent can clearly hear Alfred in Bruce's ear, which would have tipped him off to Bruce's identity.

But those plot points are never really reconciled.

GOOOYYYYYYYER!
