Please give me ANY example of Marvel fucking up their heroes characterization as bad as Snyder did Batman. It'd be like Cap not having his shield or WW without the bracelets or Supes without his S on his chest.
Cannons are weapons, canon refers to a characters back story/origin.

I noticed how you failed to mention any of my legit gripes. The dullness, how horrible Eisenberg played Luthor, the lack of a coherent plot (if you act as if Bats stopping to straight up MURDER Supes just bc he said Martha is anything but extreme cheese and ridiculous, you're truly a moron), the shameless JLA plug (Lex already had designed each heroes logo?!? LOL) and the terrible CGI during the finale. Not to mention how horrible Doomsday looked.

So either refuse my points, or STFU and admit you can't defend that junk.

I saw this in theaters and now so far removed..its still horrible. I legit have no desire to ever see it again....in fact I would refuse to. There are sequences worth watching but movie is garbage. They put Bats, Supes and WW on screen and i didnt care...how does that happen?

Why does this movie get so much hate? First hour was a little slow and some of Batmans early action had some really shitty cgi but the last hour plus was really good and I thought this was a better flick than a few of the shittier Marvel ones recently!

If you want an honest answer to your question, here are my reasons off the top of my head:

- Wonder Woman was completely extraneous to the plot. Remove her and nothing changes.
- Wonder Woman took away and distracted from the central theme of Batman vs Superman.
- Batman vs Superman was more than enough for a full movie on its own.
- Aquaman, Flash and Cyborg introduced by fucking e-mail attachment?
- So the only reason Batman and Wonder Woman ever hear of these people is because they were on Lex Luthor's hard drive?
- Jesse Eisenberg's performance.
- Why did you say that name?!??!?!?!
- Jesse Eisenberg's performance.
- Dream sequence inside a dream sequence.
- So Superman's ship can create the undead?
- So Lex Luthor dripping his blood into an alien jacuzzi turns dead Zod into Doomsday? WTF? Without hinting at any of this beforehand?
- Why is Luthor even doing any of the shit he is doing? Does anyone know?
- Jesse Eisenberg's performance.
- Never see Wonder Woman's lasso or know she has one until we cut to it already around Doomsday.
- Ding! Ding! Ding! He's coming!!!

I agree. I watched the extended cut and I liked it. I also do not understand why this movie gets so much negativity. Maybe the extended cut ties the story together better than the theatrical release.

The reason this movie gets shit on so much (as opposed to Thor 2, which got shit on plenty) is because unlike aforemention Thor movie, this was supposed to be the bedrock on which their cinematic universe was built.

But it is like they built it in a swamp, and it was full of holes. And some dude with a Jackhammer was going to town on it.

Thor 2 was a tough concept for Normals to grasp, I'll give you that. I thought they did pretty well with the falling though holes in the different dimensions towards the end though. I actually enjoyed that and the first. Not a big fan of any of the Iron Man movies.

Haven't seen BvS. Gonna wait to see if for free.

Comic book movies should be fun. Marvel does fun too much in many cases but are handled better than the DCU movies have been so far. And Thor 2 and Iron Man 3 got shit on too.
I think part of it is BvS is worse than MoS, people do hold Batman Movies to a higher standard.

This was a mistake from both sides, DC is just Bats and the fuckers around him. People and the execs expected to much form to little.

DC verse should be majority a Bats movie with a different fucker in each one. Aka one with Sups one with SSquad one with Joker and friends one with Kroc and maybe bane in one. Bats and friends vs Darkside and so on.

Also they just should men up and sign Nolan to a 10 picture 1$ billion deal.
