Why does mel gibson care about comic book movies?

I dont need a reason bro and I dont watch them

Well it doesn't seem like your problem is really with the movies themselves, it's with the fact that they "pander to Jesus freaks." It's pretty obvious your sentiment isn't really about movies at all.

I never said it was about the movies themselves

I made it pretty clear why I dislike them

So yeah you are correct in thinking that

Okay. . .

Well why do you care what religious beliefs people hold?

I dont care if people enjoy the movies or not

Mel gibson shouldn't care if people like comic book movies as well

Why do you care so much about what I think?

Do you actually care about my opinion this much?

Damn, Ruthless got an attitude today. . .

Superman as Christ > European Christ from Passion of the Christ (although Apocalypto is an all time great film).

Mel Gibson directed Braveheart and Apocalypto so his opinion on BvS holds weight.

Superman: Doomsday

That would have been better. Spend half, make a bit more.

The DC movie that should have been made to introduce the characters should have been "Injustice: Rise of the Metahuman."

Batman should have been Bale back as an aging detective, with JGL as Nightwing. People going gaga over Afflecs Batman seem to be reaching to me. He was ok, which should be expected because he's a talented person. But yeah, "Nightwing" vs. Mr. Freeze or Red Hood could have been much less expensive and still garnered attention from all the same people that went to see BvS, and it's maybe easier to make a good movie out of a movie that doesn't have to be so "big."

I stand by my post.

Then you're an utter fool with horrendous taste. You were toting how highly BvS rated in a Sherdog poll, but then you act like every critic or person who loved GotG is somehow wrong.

I didn't despise BvS, it just wasn't a good movie. Nice visuals, horrendous plot and direction.

Are you willing to try and defend Eisenberg as Lex or the horribly shoehorned in logos of the JLA?

As usual, Mel is right about everything he says. He has literally never been wrong. Mel is good. Mel is life.

Mel bless you.

He's wrong, it wasn't a piece of shit. Shit only costs the price of cheap food and never takes 3 hours to get away from.

BvS was 3 different movies seemingly made to spite each other smashed together by a WB executive high on whiskey and cocaine at 3 am.
