Batman was CREATED to be a MAN with HUMAN limitations, yet he's capable of stopping alien invasions, stopping the predator, defeating superman, and has contingency plans for EVERYTHING. They make him more powerful than Captain America, who happens to have peak human performance in all of its forms.

Batman is literally the most overpowered character in the comic book universe. He started out as a guy that can solve mysteries that can throw a mean right hook, and now he has evolved into an almost all knowing ultra tough guy who takes down some of the most powerful beings he encounters, yet he has problems taking down the Penguin, Joker and Two Face. Lol.

- The world's greatest inventor

- The world's greatest detective

- The world's greatest athlete

- The world's greatest human fighter

Batman can escape the inescapable. He could solve the unsolvable. He could beat the unbeatable. He could invent whatever he needs. Chances are he already knows everything about you. He's an insanely great fighter who could destroy 15 guys at once. If you think you got the drop on him, he's probably already won.

He also has the most overpowered power and that is Prep Time.

But, isn't he just keeping up with other characters in those universes??
I've heard the same thing said about characters like The Hulk.... that their abilities increase as the years go by.

You know, when you think about it, any superhero that is popular and has longevity will eventually become overpowered.

As the superhero and protagonist of their story, we know in the end, they're going to win. We also know that the writers have to continuously up the ante. We can't have the same threat level for any long period of time because that's dull and boring. So when you have to keep upping the ante, the superhero is going to get into tighter and tighter spots. Remember, he has to win in the end so the writer has to come up with ways to get him the victory which leads to some silly upgrades.

the difference is and what the thread is about is daredevil/ the punisher aren't punching thanos in the face. there's been crossovers but the characters stay somewhat grounded. you have literally made the point of this thread by pointing out that he is now a god. what a crap fest batman is. batman the chuck norris meme of the comic book world lol
