Repeating all your erroneous allegations over and over again doesn't make them true when the clip clearly contradicts what u r saying.

He did sucker punch balboa and he struck him despite balboa not threatening to hit him.

- in terms of criminal sanction what he did was at least misdemeanor assault with maximum jail sentence of 6 months and or a fine. If the prosecutor takes into account his deadly training and fight xperience then it could be bumped up into felony assault with much longer jail senteces and or fine. If they believe it was premeditated assault likewise.

- in terms of civil liability he could be sued by balboa for assault and battery as well as for defamation by alleging he was racist and a wife beater. The factors making the former worse are the obvious massive size and strength disparity as well as schilig's extensive fight experience aa a pro fighter and skills and his own posts that suggest possible premeditation. If conspiracy with others can be proven the damages will be more. Suggesting he is a racist for singing along to a rap song played by the bar itself is a tall hill to climb. If the individual who sent the DM Is real and was revealed by schilling later then she can be sued as well for defamation.

This clip shows schilling poising his right toe and rocking his weight back on hs rear foot before balboa even leans forward. He also has time to do a stepping right hook to land his foot outside balboa's leading foot instead of throwing on his feet whih would have happened if he was reacting to a sudden punch. Also schilling doesn't flinch at all all balboa moves suggesig he is not reacting to him. Evidence suggeating premeditation...
