Squat:
90 x 10
110 x 6
130 x 6
150(330) x 2 x 6
Bench press:
70 x 10 pause
90 x 8 pause
110(242) x 6 x 6 no pause, just made it.
Few bors, shrugs, stretching.
I feel weak on bench.
This routine is retarded. 6 x 6 this week, 5 x 5 next week with more weight.
Volume+weight is killing me.
Benching 6 reps with a pause is just too much for me.
