How is everyone doing so far? I have only put 20lbs on so far so I am really going to try to up my effort for the last month and a half. My schedule is crazy, but I hope to get at least 20 more lbs.

These were some pretty good box squats. I am really getting the relax the hip flexors down, I believe. I had great speed up until about the 6th set. After that, the rest were as fast as I could go, but not nearly as fast as before.
