You attribute "nobody is above the law" to Pelosi? Trust me it's the obvious response to what you wrote. Congress has the responsibility of oversight. Nadler can subpoena Barr. If he doesn't show he can hold him in contempt. To be honest I don't recall the outcome of any similar prior cases but it will likely end before a judge and not just the DoJ waving Nadler away with a laugh.

Barr is not getting prosecuted. He's the AG and the DOJ is the department that does the Prosecuting. <JagsKiddingMe>

You still haven't answered my question regarding impeachment.

Is it perhaps because you know that he can't be removed due to a Republican Senate and thus all the Impeachment articles are good for is to crap on Barr's reputation? o_O

Meuller testifying is supposed to do what, contradict the findings of his own report?

There was no conspiracy with Russia, and there was not obstruction beyond a reasonable doubt. That’s what he found. That’s what he’ll testify to.


Are you really expecting to get anything more than a talking point that lasts a week?

Who has been quoted as saying they will impeach Barr? I'f he hasn't even been subpoenaed yet that would be jumping the gun.

No. What he wants is the Political bullshit that Mueller tried to have Barr shovel to the Democrats and Left-wing Media for use in their Presidential aspirations (2020), which Barr put a stop to.

- did anyone on Mueller's team find elements of obstruction

And you KNOW Mueller himself because he wrote you a letter saying he did, but you say 'oh that came from Mueller, you asked about his team, that is why I said no,' you are lying.

And you are making yourself a joke by trying to spin that.

Mueller is part of the Mueller team. He is an investigator within the team. He is not some outsider to the team like Barr. You cannot separate Mueller from the team.
