    intocombat.com has band stuff. Once again little to any of the information is free, but it's there.

    Westside is most famous for their use of bands, have you checked them out? Also, I think there were some band-assisted routines in the EliteFts catalog I received with Supertraining.

    But I, too, am trying to learn more about bands right now. I'm gonna catch Jeff (competitive powerlifter and physical therapist ay my gym) on some of his morning workouts for pointers. That's probably your best bet, too. Find a powerlifter.
