Start a new D-Ball cycle. You'll be good as new in 8-10 weeks.
Anyone ever had one? I heard a loud pop in my back helping a neighbor lifting a 500 lbs grill out of his side job food truck. Painful. I have not been to the hospital yet but the "pop" sound scared me.
I can't even walk slow without pain.
Yep long process. Im in month 3 of recovery. My brain is struggling with memory too.

you probably got youself a hernia. Do an MRI, just to be sure it isnt. Good luck, bud.
When I was 24, I'm 52 now, I was leaning over an instrument at work, and felt and heard a loud pop in my low back. It sounded like someone hit me in the back with a baseball bat. I had to limp to my car and drive home. Doctor muscle relaxers and I was on bed rest for about a week.
It went away. Lay flat on your back, with your butt against the bed or chair or sofa. This is like traction, which will release the muscles and help thing go back into position.
I assume you're american. That's gonna be one expensive surgery, is he gonna chip in? I don't think so.
Hope you have health insurance.

You probably busted a disc, Surgery is the final option and if Possible I would avoid. Do physical therapy, chiropractor and massage for few weeks and see where that gets you
Chiros are hit and miss. There is shit ones that are scams but ive been to some good ones before too. That is the worst tipp you could give. A chiropractor knows exactly ONE skill to help and no matter what in most cases he will try to manipulate even if its dogshit and excacerbates the problems.
If there was a loud pop and pain go to a doc and get an x-ray maybe even an MRI to be sure. You can look up a PT but only if he is versed in clinical diagnostics. DONT go to a chiropractor. I know of chiropractors who manipulated after a stroke when the signs were very clear and more horror stories.
Most cases even if its a disc prolaps theres no need for surgery but rest and physical therapy.
