Back Surgery.

Lol, I laugh at bad times. Gotta have fun with life no matter what. Only 1 time to live it. I've been through alot. This back shit is very difficult. I am hard headed, never ask for help.

Maybe DBall007.50 at theaters soon.

I have had back problems off and on, mostly on for over 20 years. I was young, dumb and chose to go to martial arts practice and not give things time to heal.
Multiple herniated discs and years later
pain and function quit getting better.
I used to say my back will hurt if I go to practice and it will hurt if I don’t, so usually I just trained anyway.
Try not to go my route. Respect the injury and take time to heal.

Get an mri and get it fixed. A lot of back surgeries are scopes and your out in the same day. It usually doesn't heal itself. Sucks bro

I just turned 52 and I've had back pain since I was 24. Go to a doctor, get squared away, and once all that is taken care of, find a licensed massage therapist and get the full body 1 hour treatment.

Tell them about your back and where the pain is, they'll keep you ahead of the game.

Good luck bro.

I will be 49 in August. Spent many nights straight laying on my back on a piece of plywood. That is what I am doing.

Bridge stretches are the best back pain relievers. If your back is in a ton of pain then make sure to use your bed for support.

Lay on your bed with your lower back coming off the bed so your feet stand on the floor. You'll need a high bed though to get a good arch. Try to hold the position for a minute or 2, depending on the pain. Do this every couple hours or so.

Not saying this will work but give it a shot if you're avoiding the doctor. It worked for me.

Edit - terrible photo but it's the first thing I found online

Yes, I've had back surgery. There are countless different types, and I'm not doctor. But I'm 100% confident you don't need back surgery because you heard a "pop".

I can't even put a sock on my foot. As a born athlete and sherdogger it sucks.

And in all honesty this thread is no joke. This is scary and fucked up.

Please go to a Doctor and get an XRay or MRI done. I love getting adjusted by a Chiro, but draw the line in real medical emergencies.

You might have ruptured/slipped a disc. Might have sprained your back. Best to be sure.

Good luck TS, fucked my back recently and managed to pain killer and massage my way back to normality. I'm rooting for ya!
