I want Avengers 4 to just end

No hooks

No shoehorns

The story is coming to a conclusion in a big way and this needs to feel that way, not have some OG avengers die or something and then before the credits

I remember more than 5 years back, talking to my non-marvel knowing friends how epic it would be to have the infinity war in the big screen but I don't think it was possible to make it epic. Agree again with the casting. When I was watching Ragnarok, I was telling the wifey how awesome Blanchett is for the role. I also was watching an interview with Hiddleston and was surprised how popular he was with the fans:



FYI a friend of mine named her son Loki because she's a super fan.. :D I'm amazed how Marvel can even make villains become superstars (i.e. Thanos) and DC can't even make their super heroes lovable. I lol'd at the Loki comic con entrance, where he makes a surprise appearance, insults the people and he still gets so much cheers.

Someone asked me before Civil War what I thought about it, since I'd read the comics. I told them the movie would probably be good, but would feel super limited because they just don't have enough characters to work with. Felt the same way when they first mentioned an infinite gauntlet storyline. Well the growth of the universe in just a few years has been really crazy.


They've managed to add a lot of characters without anything feeling rushed or low quality. When everyone came together for IW I thought wow, they really do have a fleshed out cinematic universe now! It doesn't feel stripped down, like a lesser version the way comic movies felt before the MCU. Less characters for sure, but everyone is utilized in the best way possible.


RLM had a funny bit in their review, they said can you imagine an entertaining scene in a DC movie that was just about forging a weapon? But Thor forging his axe was awesome. It took awhile, but they finally found a way to sell the idea that Thor is operating on a level of power that's a tier above anything a human can do.

They own the franchise now an I can't wait till that finally is done right. 2 of the best villains in Doom n Galactus. One of the best characters in marvel period in Silver Surfer. I think a good chance the after credit scene is F4 related. Jmo

A4 has already been filmed and they JUST got the F4 rights back. It would cost money and time they don't have to cast the F4 and film one scene. Hell, it would cost a good penny to just have the Baxter Building in a shot.

There's a chance but honestly out of all the franchises to introduce they pick F4? Why? Introducing X-men would be 10x more of a mind blown type moment. It would also be a perfect time with the infinity stones and they can do some world alternate\time bending\multiple universe type explanation.

Anything they do I expect them to not introduce new characters. At best it will be Nick Furry bringing in a file with the X-men symbol on it saying something like "We need to look into this"..roll credits. Replace X-men symbol with Fantastic 4 etc.
 
Having Patrick Stewart as Prof X appear in the closing moments of Avengers 4 would blow my mind.

Sucks that he’s getting older as he is absolutely perfect for that role.
 
I would still love to see Wolverine with Spidey and Hulk.


I hope that’s a movie that gets made. A hulk wolverine spider man movie. I would cream my jeans

I think it's been said (tho not really certain) They are keeping at least for now X men universe seperate. F4 is one of the other biggest Marvel franchises an has great villians with Thanos arch ending with with A4. Galactus would be a fitting NEXT big villian for the next Avengers arch(Black Panther, Antman, Captain Marvel , SM,then throw in F4....... I think they keep Thor from the old avengers not sure....... I know Iron Man, CA , and likely Hulk are over after A4 at least for a while IMO.

I doubt they change the X men current cast as long as Fasbender want to be Magneto they would be foolish to re cast he is perfect an rest of the cast is good as well. Just sucks that Fox got the Phoenix force movie would of been much better if Marvel did it.

I think you underestimate the number of (us) dorks who collected Thor comics, or dig Norse mythology, or had A D&D Legends and Lore.

i think Red Skull will be a great Villain again now that he is free to return to the real world. Red Skull vs Winter Solider/Falcon Team up movie would be pretty good in the next phase.

and Hopefully we get a Beta Ray movie. someday.
