What's fucking embarrassing is that if you watch the DC animation films they are 10x better than any of these movies. They come up with great stories, make sure the whole team is utilized, and show Superman being powerful while also still needing everyone else's help. They recently released a death of superman movie and I've been meaning to check it out.

Yeah. That's the most infuriating part.
DC ALREADY has great stories locked down in the animation. They could literally copy one of those movies word for word and it would be a hit.
If Superman can take out the entire League effortlessly, then what is the point? Every member needs to have a role. And the animation show not only strengths, but their character flaws..such as Superman relying only on his power, but not actually being a skillful fighter; or that he doesn't have what it takes to actually kill, and that he holds back so as not to hurt people. (They already killed this by making him kill Zod in MoS) These things make for much better characters. Dc Is too worried about CGI and what things look like

I just watched Death of Superman a few weekends ago. I thought it was pretty good. Great action

I was just saying the same thing to an older coworker here at work. She was moving offices and I saw all her Wonder Woman stuff and we talked about how much we hated what DC was doing. She actually wasn't even a big fan of Wonder Woman (which to my surprise I really enjoyed). We both were talking about how you could just get the same writers to do the movies and start printing money or like you said just turn the animated movie into a real one.

Watching the animation of Death of Superman actually re-triggered me about B vs S, and Justice League.
The animation isn't perfect, but the story is a million times better. They could have easily done a story similar to it in the live action movie. 3 movies have featured Superman so far, and there really isn't much of any character to him. He doesnt have a personality. Meanwhile, the animations do a good job of giving him one
Marvel was able to do it perfectly with Captain America

How is it possible to throw so much money and time into a movie and still wind up with shit?

Yea after BVS I was fucking pissed and done with DC. I still watch the movies at home but I will not go to the theater anymore. I think I did watch Suicide Squad after that but that was it. That was also cause the wifey wanted to see it and I wanted to get out of the house.

Yea but it's animated not sure if that bothers you or not. I'm not 100% positive it's about Doomsday but it has to be considering that's what the comic book story is about. What's weird is they already did this movie before so not sure why they did another one.
 
I watched Infinity War last night and it's no where near as good as Justice League.

I had the App about 10 years ago for my then wife who has a girlie bladdr.

I, of course have a man's bladder so I never use it.

But they have every active movie in their data base along with the best times to go pee, with detailed scene prompts so you know. You can then read exactly what you missed while away.

So download the APP or get yourself a man bladder. Either works.

I don't know how they get their data but it seems to all be available the minute a movie goes into release. Not sure about premiers and screenings, etc. I am guessing they attend screenings and are authorized to gather that info then???
