But I hope Strange isn't any leader, he's super powerful but not been shown in the MCU enough to lead guys like Tony, Bruce and Steve.

I think in many aspects he will indeed be the lead. His role is rumoured to take over much of the Adam Warlock role so that would make sense but since he is still relatively new to his powers and growing i suspect he will also take the back seat a lot.

With their egos, it'd be an odd mix having Strange play second fiddle to Stark or vice versa. One of them has to be team leader (doubt they'd settle for anything less), and the other has to go.

I do think both have checked their ego's to a certain extent but I can't disagree. Although Stark did clearly let Cap lead before their falling out and Strange respected the Ancient One.

Strange hasn't been around long enough and isn't as in control of his abilities enough to lead a team with people like Widow and Stark on it IMO.

Its quite apparent that IW will be the changing of the guard....

The new faces of the MCU will be Spidey, Strange, Panther, and Cap Marvel taking the mantle from the original Avengers (Cap, Ironman, Thor, Hulk).
