Didn't even really consider Odin in the mix. That might be a really cool way to show thanos' power without killing a main avenger. Wrecking Odin

Not really looking forward to seeing the superheroes die but I like the idea of Thanos killing Odin. MCU Odin is useless and pathetic.

Just to note that I called that to happen in Ragnarok.
"- As the exhausted combatants celebrate a flying chair lowers down behind them out of focus. It is Loki who first sees it and looks like he crapped his pants. It is Thanos, here for the Space Stone in Odin's vault. He walks through everyone; one punches Hulk in the gut, picks up Loki (saying I'll do much worst to you later) then uses him as a club to beat Thor, he just blast everyone else to the side BUT Odin stands in front of what is left of his castle saying that Thanos can take the stone from his cold dead hands, Thanos grins as he powers up the reality stone. Odin unleashes everything he has but the last battle left him drained. Thanos beats Odin to death as bloody and broken Thor and Loki look on. Thor wearily raises he hand reaching for his dad before passing out."

I believe I read or heard somewhere than Thanos without the gems is actually weaker than Odin? So he'd most likely lose a straight up battle?

Comic book experts explain. I wanna get into this stuff but I don't wanna read comics if that makes sense.

Edit: The @MaveDeltzer version sounds really good. And it would be power stone thanos vs drained odin so i guess i may be right?

In the comics, yes it's true. In a straight up battle with no prep time, Odin wins against Thanos w/ no Infinity Gauntlet. Odin is a bona fide god in the comics and thus capable of incredible godly things. Thanos is one of the most powerful beings and it will not be an easy battle, but Odin wins.
 
What's the point of spending 1 billion? At a certain amount don't you lose the return on your investment? There's only so much throwing money at a film is going to improve it.

Just think about the cast they have to hand checks to. A lot of them are likely in for a career-high payday.

So much purple... intelligent unitard Hulk was one of the worst ideas Marvel ever had.
 
MCU Odin is like bland brown wrapping paper. I'd be fine with Thanos busting his skull.
 
What is Thanos' favourite sport?

Powerlifting. He just loves to Deadlift:D

Terry Notary to Play Thanos' Right Hand Man in AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR

Heat Vision caught up with actor Terry Notary, who, through the magic of motion capture and CGI, brought the latest version of the King Kong to the screen. Notary, no stranger to mo-cap or playing primates (he has portrayed a chimp in each of the recent slate of Planet of the Apes reboots) opened up about playing an "adolescent" Kong, getting former Kong actor Andy Serkis' blessing, and even dropped a few hints about the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War.

"I’m working on four characters right now," Notary said. "I’m working with Josh Brolin and three other actors [in Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War], and I’m playing Josh Brolin’s right hand bad guy in the film. I can’t say the name of the character or I think Marvel will sever my head, but I apply those same principals of what it means to drop bullshit and just play a character truly evil. And it’s working. [Laughs] It’s truly working."
