In hindsight it's obvious.

Meanwhile at DC:

DC is a frickin mess. They have no clear plan for their movies and it looks like chaos over there. Directors backing out and back in.

Gotham City Sirens? Didn't Snyder do something like already with Sucker Punch?

Very worried with what they got coming.

I wish I could get excitied about this movie but I just know they're going to mess it up. Disney and MCU don't have the balls to make this movie dark. Age of Ultron was probably my biggest disappoint in the last 10 years. When I first saw the trailer for Age of Ultron it looked incredibly dark and I thought the Avengers were going to have their hands full with him. But no, every single hero was able to beat Ultron 1 on 1. Even Captain American made him look like a joke in that train action sequence.

They did the same crap with Iron Man 3, they made the villain look menacing in the first trailer but then why you see the movie you find out that he's just a silly character and not threatening.

Thanos will be a joke, my expectations are incredibly low so hopefully I enjoy it. Avengers have yet to have any challence, they steamrolled the villains in both movies so far. Honestly at this point I'm more optimstic about Fox's future with Deadpool and X-force.

The only Black Order I'd hear of before this was a Satanic Neo-Nazi(I'm not making this up)society in New Zealand.

Because, obviously, just being a Satanist or a Nazi isn't evil enough...

Well, it's not Joss Whedon directing. I enjoyed both his Avengers films, but I trust the style of the Russos way more and expect them to do it justice based on TWS and Civil War.

Hell, I wouldn't mind seeing Jed directing based on what he did with AoS.

I agree with you that AoU was a disappointment, but the statement in bold is incorrect; Thor got his ass handed to him and had to be saved by Vision at one point.

Terry said that he's working with 3 other actors, I was thinking it could be the Black Order. Hopefully.

Saw a suggestion that they were all other alien kids who Thanos captures and turned into flunkies since Nebula does say to Gamora "out of all our siblings, I hated you least". The Black Order members would be the ones who became gung-ho about life under Thanos (aside from Ebony Maw).

I didn't expect them since the last time we saw Thanos he said "Fine, I'll do if my self." *Cut to black* "Well, maybe I'll phone up the Black Order and the Chitauri so they can run distraction."

I like it.

I also like the Black Dwarf suggestion.

I'm going with Mephisto on a hail mary.

I think it will be Mephisto just based on him being "really evil" according to this Terry guy, and based on the fact this is supposed to more or less be an adaptation of the Infinity Gauntlet.

Just about has to be Glaive doesn't it?
Mephisto jus doesn't fit without any back story, whereas Glaive doesn't need the kind of back story, he's a merciless alien with a mean streak.

If it's him, the other actors must be playing some form ofnthe Black Order, Proxima Midnight, Ebony Maw, Black Dwarf or Black Swan.

I'm going with Black Dwarf, Corvus Glaive or Ebony Maw.

Or could be an original character like The Other.
It could be Mephisto. Mephisto had a major influence on Thano's ego when he was wielding the gauntlet, ex- he told Thano Death admire courage. Thus resulting in Thano dropping most of his gauntlet powers to challenge the heros head on.

Terry said that he's working with 3 other actors, I was thinking it could be the Black Order. Hopefully.

But, there's 5 of them. Drop Ebony Maw out? Adam Warlock, Magus, Goddess, and then throw in Thane, but I very seriously doubt that.

it would be bold to have it be Mephisto, without any back story as to who/what he is.

I think Mephisto is the most likely candidate. After all, during the Infinity Gauntlet arc he is pretty much whispering in his ear the entire time until Thanos gets sick of him and chokes a bitch. I know as another poster said "it would be bold" without an introduction but this just makes the most sense.

Corvus Glaive looks exactly like that Chitauri muthafucka messenger dude from Avengers 1 and GoTG. He's also 1 of 5 of the Black Order. The black order doesn't have much history at all behind it, coming to us only since 2013 in the Infinity story arc, part of Hickman's run on Avengers/New Avengers.

I can't see it being Mephisto because it's too difficult to shoe-horn in a demonic being working with Thanos instead of aliens. We already know alien races exist and have seen some of them work for the Mad Titan. There is no prior connection between Mephisto and Thanos, or anyone else for that matter. He's not even referenced in Doctor Strange.

Samuel L. Jackson Possibly Revealing the Red Skull's Return in the Marvel Cinematic Universe

Nick-Fury-Red-Skull-Dragonlord.jpg

Samuel L. Jackson might have dropped an accidental hint about the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s future direction.

Recently, the actor sat down with Hot 97 for an interview where he talked about Kong: Skull Island and more. It was there that the actor was asked about Nick Fury’s role in the MCU’s future. When asked if the shadowy figure would appear in Black Panther, Jackson said his involvement was denied by higher-ups.

“No. They're not letting my black a** go through Wakanda. I was trying. I asked. I was like 'What do mean?" Jackson said.

However, the actor’s next words piqued the interest of many fans. Nodding to Fury’s established role in the MCU, Jackson said the character was already in the universe.

"You didn't see me in Civil War,” he said. “I’m still out there trying to figure out what, you know, The Skull is going to..."

Before the actor could finish the thought, Jackson trailed off while the interview then reaffirmed Marvel Studios still had plans for him. It was then Jackson said he had a nine picture deal with the company and that he still has “stuff to do.”

Did Samuel L. Jackson Just Tease Red Skull’s Return To The Marvel Cinematic Universe?
