It will be interesting to see what Powers they give MCU Thanos. In the comics, he's strong enough to ask Thor or Hulk, "Do you even Lift, bro?" as well as possessing Telepathy, Telekinesis, the ability to absorb and project vast amounts of Cosmic energy and Matter Manipulation.

He's also a skilled martial artist; he trained Gamora.

He better be the cockiest motherfucker around. I love his hubris.

There was a rumour that Eve Green had been cast as Lady Death, but her name isn't on the cast list at IMBD.

That would be good casting. She's super hot but also rather creepy/evil looking

I wonder if we'll see Thanos outsmarting anyone to get a stone or just kicking the door down. In Thanos Quest he...

- He outsmarted The In-Betweener to get the Soul Gem (First one he gets is the one we don't know)
- Next he battled Champion (a being as strong as the Hulk) till the planet they were on was destroyed. Thanos gave him a ride to nearest planet for the Power Gem he held.
- Next, the Gardener held the rarest and most beautiful plants in his sanctuary where they would never wilt thanks to the Time Gem. Thanos uses the Power Gem on Gardener so that his planet controlling abilities are too much for him to handle and he is killed by roots.
- Collector is next, like the movies he holds the reality gem, Thanos realizes that if he knew how to use it then the quest is already over. So he will get the Collector another rare item so he will hand it over freely.
- Thanos goes looking for the holder of the space gem, Runner. He tears the throne of Thanos apart then embarasses him with his unmatched speed. Runner has Thanos tell him why he's collecting all the gems. Thanos uses the Time Gem to turn the Runner into a baby. As the last of his species this will be his gift to the Collector.
- Since Collector didn't know how to use the gem's power he makes the trade. Thanos turns the Runner back into an adult and both leave, Collector gets nothing but a beating.
- The final gem is held by Collector's brother The Grandmaster (making his debut in Thor 3 played by Jeff Goldblum). Grandmaster challenges him to a contest, winner gets the gem. Thanos cheats by bringing in a robot double and wins his final gem. Leading to Infinity Gauntlet.

I think him killing Vision would be perfectly acceptable.

Turns out that was completely unfounded. She was never approached about the role and, indeed, it looks as though Death will not appear in the film(s). It's a pity as I agree Eve Green would have been a perfect Mistress Death.

I believe the full cast list for the movies has been released. Neither Mistress Death nor Adam Warlock are on it, so it's a safe bet neither will appear in the films.

Sadly i agree. the only other possible movie between the Avengers: Infinity films i can see any kind of reference or appearance from Warlock would be Captain Marvel.

I feel your pain, brother I was hoping the delightful chap in my avatar would be making a comeback, possibly when Thanos cracked open the Tesseract like a Kinder Egg to get to the Space Stone inside. Alas, there is no sign of Der Rote Schadel in the cast list.

I wonder if they will give Thanos a distinct fighting style? Thor and Hulk tend to rely more on their vast strength. Thanos is equally as strong, but in the comics is a martial artist as well, having being trained in the, "art of war" on his native Titan.

I wonder that too, but I just wanna see one bit where Thanos ROFLstomps the entire group early on, establishing how fucking badass he is.

Y'know, like Ultron should've but DIDN'T in Age of Ultron.
