The tesseract from the first Avengers was an infinity stone. And Vision has another stone sitting in his forehead, so expect Thanos to come for that one.

She's the ultimate cock-tease. Thanos wipes out half the universe for her and she won't even speak to the poor bastard directly. She bumps uglies with Deadpool instead, and when she needs a champion to fight for her, she chooses a Native American superhero called Puma.

Eventually, Thanos gets tired of being a Super-powered Ser Jorah Mormont, and kicks the bitch to the curb. She then stalks him. At one point tracking him to the very edge of the Universe and appearing as a small child who looks about six years old. Which even Thanos finds creepy.

It's going to be hard to give Thanos the infinity gauntlet and have a readable plot, he's to powerful, dude literal removed the u I verse from existence at one point and Death told him to put it back because there's nothing for him to do.

He's also a skilled martial artist; he trained Gamora.

When he has IG, Warlock and Surfer enter the soul gem, where Warlock has insane powers and he manages to take the glove from Thanos.
Nebula had surprised him and took it from his hand, but she made a mistake and Thanos recovered the IG.

Without it, he is still INSANELY powerful but beings like Drax when Drax was at his highest power level have managed to kill Thanos (temporarily but everyone comes back in comics. Currently, Thanos is currently dying from some disease).
