I don't have a preconceived notion on what the movie is going to be like, it's just the fact of the matter that the movie is going to play exactly the same. If you enjoy watching the same movie then that's your prerogative. It was a simple question that could've been answered without somebody throwing a giant hissy fit (and yes, you did).

He better walk through them like nothing. I am getting tired of the villains and henchmen looking like total pussys, like in that steaming pile of garbage Apocalypse, it was a horrible waste, or like Ronan in GOTG, and how about Ultron, and don't get me started on those generic henchmen in the Avengers. I starting to wonder if these directors even read the comics, or if perhaps they lack the imagination to realize the characters.

That is not it at all.

i've said it before and the problem is that comic book fans want the MCU to be an extension of the comics with every one at peak powers. But you simply cannot,and should not, start the MCU with every threat being galactic level. the MCU has 20 year plan and just like in the comics (superman used to strain to throw a car in DC) they want to show the team build into their full strength.

And I know that maddens comic book fans, but it is the only thing that makes sense.

Gentlemen, although it might not carry the same weight now that Whedon ruined the moment, but I'm calling Cap lifting Mjolnir 100% in this.

Saved me the trouble of posting this. Even without the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos is a true Heavyweight. He possess vast Superhuman strength, stamina and durability, capable of fighting Thor and the Thing at the same time. He can absorb and manipulate Cosmic energy for a variety of feats, including powerful destructive blasts, telekinesis, telepathy and matter transformation. He is an excellent hand to hand combatant, a superb strategist and is far more intelligent than any human, including Stark.

So he is really OP and will kill some Avengers is what you are saying and with the gauntlet it's no chance.

That bothered me when it came out. Ridiculous that they portrayed him a being able to eat a point-blank, full dose of Blackbolt's voice.
