  • Superhuman agility, senses, and strength
  • Prehensile tail
  • Razor-sharp claws
  • Retractable knuckle spikes
  • Ability to communicate with squirrels
And she beats up powerhouses like Thanos, easily. Not even a fight, tbh.

That doesn't even make sense. Those powers would make her similar to wolverine without the healing factor. Except for the communicating with squirrels part. I'm guessing she tells a thousand squirrels to attack thanos and they swarm him? That's dumb. By that logic, ant man should also be able to easily beat thanos by swarming him with ants.

Antman is a punk. Squirrel Girl will beat the shit out of your favorite superhero.

Fan Art of What Anna Kendrick Could Look Like as Squirrel Girl

Anna Kendrick prancing around in a skimpy outfit and shoving nuts in her mouth.

Would watch.

As far as I know, Squirrel Girl's instances of excessive power are almost always in one-off, near-parody arcs meant to poke fun with fans.

I know, bud. Was playing kayfabe.

Horrible idea. Bringing in Squirrel Girl to the MCU is like introducing Franklin Richards or the Celestials. They're characters that can never be properly translated onto film. They're simply too op.

Squirrel Girl is lame as shit but I'm always down for Anna Kendrick. How about giving her a real role to play?

Bit late for that.

Speaking of OP, the Infinity Gauntlet is so vastly more powerful than ALL of the Celestials AND Franklin Richards AND Nate Gray AND everything else within 616 combined that it can't be matched. We're still getting that.

(But how much you wanna bet they depower the fuck out of it)

Funny, I don't even remember this scene in the movie. I know this must be during the Collector scene but don't remember this particular scene at all, huh.

Yeah I knew that lol, my post wasn't actually serious.

And I'm pretty sure the One-Above-All still curbstomps Thanos with Infinity Gauntlet. That might be a given though since he's essentially God. And they kinda have to depower the Infinity Gauntlet somewhat for the films. If they didn't, there would be no realistic way for the heroes to actually overcome him and win in the end.

One-Above-All is a Celestial who would get his ass raped by Thanos with IG. But The One Above All (TOAA) is above everything, not only 616, but every universe, infinitely. And of course there exists multiversial entities outside of 616 that would give the IG a run for its money. But even still, in terms of all of Marvel comics, I would definitely put it into the Top 5 most powerful things there is

They could (and should) keep it just as powerful as it is in the comics and it will still work. Because even in the comics, Thanos never loses. He basically defeated himself on purpose.

I am aware of all of this.

Also, seems you have it a little backwards.

More like he fucked up by letting Nebula steal the Gauntlet from his body. In any case, translating the level of power the IG has onto film would be very difficult. The IG would still be plenty powerful if they even dialed back its power for the films by a little bit. The films don't need to have 100% accurate power translation from the comics. Although, I wish MCU Thor would get a significant power boost.

God Doom with the power of Molecule Man defeated Black Panther with the Infinity Gauntlet

I've always referred to The One Above All as just that, or "TOAA". That's generally his title and generally how I've seen most people refer to him. One Above All or One-Above-All is generally how I've seen and how I refer to the celestial. But whatever. No big deal. <14>

Yes, but at the time he embodies the universe he comes to realize that he's unworthy of such power and that it's basically just not gonna work out with Death. Nebula slipping in and taking the IG off his void body was just the end result.

Not really sure how they're going to portray it one way or the other. Either they make it ridiculously under powered or they make it legit. It's gonna really feel like a shortchange if they've hyped this whole thing up for so long and it climaxes with an under powered IG. My hope is they do it right but I'm not expecting much.

Yeah, I think most characters in the MCU are vastly under powered. It's retarded. Thor especially seems to have gotten it the worst.
