Mark is a complete idiot. He actually did spoil Infinity War. He's in the middle of saying half but then changes it to everybody died. Don is so pissed at him and rightfully so.

hahahaha I remember watching that but I didn't notice that he started to say half of everybody before correcting himself. I figured by everybody dies he just meant a bunch of people so it wasn't really spoiled for me, I didn't think they would really do it. I love Cheadle's response, "I would just move on from it"
Since they close previous thread, I want to bring up my question again.

Where is Dormammu, Mephisto, and the other Celestials in all this? I hope they bring them in the next round, and finish off Thanos.
Dormammu lives in a different universe / dimension. Mephisto hasn't been introduced into this world yet, not even hinted at. We only know of two Celestials, the long dead one who's head is now the mining colony Knowhere, and Ego who is also dead.

Maybe I took it the wrong way because people in the theater were laughing once it was said and I'm a little sensitive when it comes to it.

People laughed cause it's a funny joke but it's a joke that's funny without being insulting to religion or more specifically Jesus. Now if he said something like "Am I supposed to say something stupid like Jesus" then that would be more at the expense of Jesus.

But Strange, and the other Avengers should have strategized how they can utilize Dormammu who is also hell bent on doing something to this universe into their plan. Wasnt Mephisto in the Ghost Rider movie?

It's one of the greatest stories in comic history. To just throw it into BVS like it's no big deal seriously pissed me off.
The ending really ruins that movie.

Imagine a Death of Superman handled like Infinity War. Here, I'll help:

I know due to contract issues and shit we probably WON'T see it happen but I'd love to see at least references to the Netflix characters.

There is a scene in the Civil War storyline that sticks out and it's when Frank shows up to a meeting and just ups and kills no question ask two "Brotherhood of Mutant" members that came to help Captain and Captain America almost beats Frank to death the whole time screaming at him to fight back.

Here are some interesting notes from the Russo brothers on one scene. Really gives you an appreciation for the technical detail.

On another note, I don’t think there will be a five year time jump like I’ve been hearing about (based on the age of Ant Man’s daughter). I feel like they would have to recast Spider Man’s supporting cast if they do that and probably even Shuri from BP.

That....was really interesting .
There are levels to this directing shit..

Are you talking about how he lived? I thought he was going to do die to. I love Iron Man but I was hoping he was going to do die there.
I did at the time, but in hindsight I'm more happy that this same writing and directing team made a movie with the original Avengers lineup.

Sidenote, I just realized the writers of Infinity War and the sequel, Markus and McFeely, also wrote all of the Cap solo movies, plus Thor 2 along with another writer (not their best work)

I'm pretty sure that there were no Ghost Rider movies.

Panther may not be needed but it does help to explain a lot of what is happening in Wakanda
Why do they take Vision there?
Who is this person fixing him and where did she get this magic technology?
How does this African nation have a protective dome over their country, etc

You can get the gist from Civil War, which makes it pretty clear Wakanda is amazing.

The only proper way to do that storyline is like Infinity war. First movie is obviously the big fight and his death. Ending with his clone, man of steel, and others making an end of credits appearance. The next movie is his spin offs and his return.

I know man, I know. One of my favorite comic arcs ever, and the only time I ever collected and read Superman comics.

i have not seen the panther movie, the last thor movie and dont even remember avengers 2. Can i still see this movie?

Yes, but you'll be confused about a few things. You'll still be entertained.

Well, he COULD, he would just have to rewind time back further once he got the time gem. I wonder if they did destroy it if Thanos could use the reality gem to recreate it (or just make them all, though that'd be a quick movie, lol)

Also, I feel like maybe I lost track of things a little bit, but why didn't they just destroy the time gem instead of the moral quandries with vision? That plan wasn't formed until Strange left earth right? (and why not magic portal back to earth? they dont travel that far? {other than meta reasons of trying to advance a plot of course} )

The starlord voice thing was great

Strange and Wong said it was their sacred duty to protect the stone, so they wouldn't destroy it.
Destroying the stone wouldn't really solve the problem though. With the other stones, Thanos is still basically unstoppable. He could spend his life cutting world populations in half, planet by planet.
The only real solution would be to defeat him and get all of the stones away from him

The 1 thing I strongly disliked was when Starlord was asked who is his master and he responded sarcastically what do you want me to say, Jesus?

Chris Pratt is a Christian I believe so it was shocking and a letdown he said it.

It’s the films only flaw imo
{<huh}
For real?
I'm not religious, but I don't see what was insulting about that. The joke wasn't making fun of religion.
An all powerful being should be able to take a joke anyways

Pratt is one

Star lord is not... Character does not equal actor

Remember this

Completely disagree. They literally crammed, The Death of Superman and Batman vs Superman into one movie for what seems like absolutely not reason at all. Then threw in Wonder Woman. After I saw that movie I told myself I was never going to the movies for DC again. Then they got me again with Suicide Squad though but after then I was done.

I went on opening night to see MOS, so excited. TDK is a gd masterpiece imo. Fast forward and I still haven't seen JL, and i could at anytime for free. That's how far they've fallen.

Then they gave it up anyway (though I guess that was just long gaming it to get back later)

Or Strange should have gone back like 1000 years and got the stones before thanos (though again, not much of a movie i suppose, lol)
