You're making up this double standard, and it's a terrible look. One show creating a gay character to be played by a gay actor does not establish a rule that all characters must be portrayed by the same sexual oriented characters. That's denser than a bowl of oatmeal, you fucking bowl of oatmeal.
I am guessing it breaks your NPC script, might wanna reboot. Honk honk

How could a gay man ever play a straight man.

It’s not like they’re acting or anything Derp

She actually got a lot of cheers in mine and coming from someone who didn't watch her solo film, I thought she was pretty badass.

Her, Scarlet Witch (finally), and Thor showed why they're the Avengers heavy hitters.

Hulk and Strange are also part of that tier but unfortunately didnt get to show it due to the sheer cast size of this film.
I really like Scarlett witch and Elizabeth Olsen and feel like she deserved more time but was happy with her getting her moments. I don’t mind captain marvel that much, my whole point is that is should be Adam warlock instead of her.

I’ve bitched about Adam on here for the last 2-3 years.

I love the theory of an up-and-running 2014 Gamorra because 1) what Mags said and 2) it brings us back to superior dynamic wherein she and Quill are not yet all lovey-dovey.
I always thought the chances of them bringing back Gamorra in some way were 100%. Great character and a new love interest for Quill (you know the main character always has to have one) would feel too forced.

I don't know how to feel about the way they went about it since her character arc from the previous films is effectively erased, but I'm glad it happened.

Saw it this morning in 3D at the imax. Really enjoyed it but I had some mouth breathers rustling and munching in my ear holes for nearly the whole damn movie which really distracted me cos it was kindof a quiet movie til the final act so I'll wait til it's been out for a while and I can catch it again in peace at a more empty showing.

Anyways it started off really well but dragged a little bit for a while in the middle though that may have been more to do with the fact that I was having trouble zoning out the smacking noises of the gannets behind me. The final act was a pure cinematic masterpiece though, I mean really just eye popping stuff and it's truly incredible that they can create spectacle like this on such a massive scale.

Personally I really liked Lebowski Thor and Professor Hulk and thought the balance of gags was about right in this movie. With the exception of Ragnarok the jokes are usually more miss than hit for me in MCU movies but I smiled, chuckled and even laughed out loud a few times during this one. Thors scene with Quail and the GOTG at the end was especially amusing and was a welcome relief after the heavy emotional scenes that preceded it. Man, Tony dieing and then old man Cap really brought the feels and I had to bite my lip hard lol. There was a chick beside me weeping and I heard a few sniffles throughout the audience. It was tough but I loved how they sent these 2 staples of the MCU off in such a respectful manner and it really brought satisfying closure to not only their characters but this phase of the universe as a whole. Really very moving stuff.

I was also hugely relieved that Captain Marvel didn't ruin it like I feared she would. She played her part but thankfully she didn't save the day and I do wonder if they really did have multiple endings shot to gauge fan reactions to Captain Marvel as was rumoured.

My main gripes would be similar to others who felt it dragged a little bit but it was never boring. Also was really always waiting and hoping for Prof Hulk to go full on Hulk but sadly that never happened. I'd have liked to have seen a little bit more of some of the others too especially Doc Strange but all in all there was nothing so bad as to detract from the experience as a whole.

Solid 8 out of 10 from me but I'll be watching it again soon and might revise the score.

I don’t know how it was in your guys theater, but nobody and I mean nobody cheered when Captain Marvel came to the rescue st the end.

But when Captain America gets the Mjolnir....the crowd went wild lol

Same in mine but I almost let out a cheer when Thanos put her scrawny ass down.

Similar thing happens in Dragon Ball Super

Trunks timeline gets destroyed so Whis takes him to a new timeline

Problem is that there is already a Trunk in that new timeline

So you end up with 2 Trunks

Slow to start and time travel plot lines that were difficult to follow but a good movie overall and a fitting end.

Agreed. I can see how they wrote in plenty of banter to hammer home how much Thanos needed to realize his loss -- but the whole, "I'm going to enjoy this," took the steam out of my sails. When Thanos wins he's godlike, but when he loses he's so chumpified. Loser Thanos was never my friend.

THANOS QUEST > INFINITY GAUNTLET too.
Yeah, after that first kill I and the time travel stuff I was hoping for another badass killing of Thanos. Instead he we got stuck with "The Thinker Statue" Thanos kill.

I apologize if this has been answered already. But since Loki got away with the space stone, are there now 2 different realities? One where he goes to asgard and one where he doesnt?

Sorry, people, but I dont get these high scores. There are too many things wrong with this movie for me to type on mobile.

Inferior to infinity war imo. Not even my top 5 superhero movie. I really hate that they went the whole time travel route. Should have done without it, but they wanted the fanservice of going through older movies.

7/10
The time travel should have come via the time stone, if at all. I'm leaning towards your view. It was a solid effort, but it easily could have been epic. It was missing thanos.. We got "a" thanos, but not the right one. The dynamics that could have been deep and good, were replaced with "other." Dynamics. I still think it was good, but 7.5 good. Many holes, much diversity garbage, predictable for me once things started to happen.

Thanos lost all his depth. That was a huge phuck up.
