Never was a big fan of Kang and his stories and I was also disappointed with He Who Remains in Loki but I'm holding out hope that Kang the Conqueror will be different when he finally appears. And from the description of the Comic-Con trailer, it seems that his Kang will be good.

They should have ended Loki with Kang effortlessly murdering Sylvia, and beating Loki to within an inch of his life. This would have instantly established him as a credible Big Bad. And given Loki himself a reason to team up with the Avengers further down the line to get revenge.
 
Unfortunately you will never replace the Avengers that are gone as they WERE the Avengers. I do love Thor and Hulk and Doctor Strange is cool, but all the other people they seem to be pushing forward are really lesser heroes. And Kang? NO ONE CARES....very weak angle to take. I think we all know this will just be very Woke forward bullshit. Get ready for a shit ton of black female and Gay introductions.

TBF, The Avengers don't have the best rogue gallery. When you're thinking awesome Marvel villains you are probably thinking of characters tied up in The Fantastic Four and X-Men contracts (or Spider-Man villains who aren't powerful enough to take on The Avengers).
Loki, Kang, Ultron, Thanos, and The Masters of Evil (Thunderbolts) are the top guys in their rogue gallery (and Loki is a Thor villain, who just fucks with everybody, even the X-Men) (and The Masters of Evil are a compilation of each individual member's rogue gallery). Kang and Ultron are the only original Avenger villains that are worth a damn.

Hopefully the Kang arc in first next phase Avengers plays like Loki in first Avengers when gives way to Doom for the rest after Secret Wars.

I thought Avengers movies were done, and instead they'd be doing a new group or something for the big ensemble films.

Fucking lol at whatever retard drew that. Way up at the back right of the picture it shows Korvac. Who slaughtered the entire Avengers team. Before committing suicide and restoring the Avengers to life.

As for Doom, he kidnapped the Purple Man and used him to conquer the entire world. When the Avengers finally broke free of his influence, they attacked Doom who defeated and imprisoned all of them except Wonder Man. WM eventually freed his teammates and together they defeated Doom and removed the Purple Man's influence over the world...

...and on the last page, we found out that Doom actually LET the Avengers win simply because he was bored of running the entire planet:cool:

I'm going to predict we are going to see the Squadron Supreme/Sinister finally showing up in Kang Dynasty or Secret Wars. We are finally going to see the Avengers vs. the "Justice League". Marvel ended with Thanos snapping the finger. I realised they where going to shit on that with some stupid plot amour loop hole; With unlimited alternative realities and time travel Khan will....blah blah blah... who gives a fuck anymore.
