They really mean:

"one with tiny dick compensating by getting tattoo to look tuf"

I was actually wondering this for a long time, but your question inspired me to figured it out:

To guide, this is a really old way of writing it
術 Art or skill, the "su" in "jiujitsu"

It means Gaidojutsu, the martial art that Greg Jackson came up with. Gaido is how Japanese would pronounce "guide".

It's ironic because asians aren't allowed to get tattoos. Their emperor banned tattooing because of its association with criminals.
 
Someone should tell these fighters that Asian characters don't make you seem smarter. Every 15 tear-old has a tattoo now.
